He certainly was a gouache saying something like that. He was probably jealous because she said she cannot accept his feelings and he said he would be patient but he finds them eating at his restaurant and the guy is dissing him. And now she is making excuses for him.

I think in reality she waited for him to try to justify herself or make sure he does not have the wrong idea about her and her ex.

His extreme reaction was like '' you want him OK go back to him''. He is really not very patient and that's his true character. So she had to prove him it' s not her intention at all. That's how she handles his character and temper.

He was out of line even if I understand his anger which was building up since he found them eating at his restaurant. She slapped him and he deserved it. But what happened after he warned her beforehand. She was asking for it.

It's fun that she looks elegant and sophisticated but she is cool regarding physical intimacy. He is loud and unrefined but regarding that matter he looks a total virgin.

I knew he was a selfish manipulative guy but I did not expect him to be a total two faced weasel. He sure has a thick face to pretend he is on her side when he is undermining her and trying to take her art gallery from her. He is probably just a fat liar regarding his feelings for Da Li or he thinks loving her is to put her on a leash like a pet.

But I think he is not the real mastermind.

Even if it is him, nothing says he is the one who was shooting arrows to the Crown Prince. Maybe Ga On's military unit is involved in conspiracy and murders and he is investigating the case. It's quite unclear so far.

And I thought that weasel Tae Jin was not part of the conspiracy. How wrong I was. But his part still needs to be clarified...

I don't think so. He took an arrow in the chest and was not attended to by a doctor. He died and his body was showed to the Grandfather and his accomplice the killer who confirmed the death. Not possible they found a third person looking like the twins to fake the death.

Yes he is Lee Hwi's first cousin.

I like their personalities that make their relationship more realistic and less mushy than I expected.

He is a wicked man hidden behind a sorry logic about justice. Probably he will keep pouring misery on his own son for some time.

This one has a darker tone tho. Only four eps and already many deaths. Finger crossed the two leads survive.

I have not watched a lot of dramas with him but yes he is known for portraying infamous characters. Ji Woo's dad is totally wicked for me and his logic regarding justice is terrible. I fear for Ji Woon as his dad would use any means to force him. I guess things will turn very bad between the father and the son.

His affection throught his actions and words are a bit disproportionate. He has an out of place infatuation to her. This might turn him into someone dangerous for her once he has to admit she does not reciprocitate his feelings and that she likes another guy. But the other guy is also his good friend. So it will only depend on him to be a great brother and a great friend or to fall to the dark side of the force.

Her uncle was wearing purple and blue. No hat. The guy in the woods was wearing an army uniform like the assassin who was killed. Ga On has the same sword and he said himself he comes from a special unit of the army before he was appointed Lee Hwi's bodyguard. I believe the Queen dowager wants to protect Lee Hwi but there is more to this bodyguard than meets the eye

The Uncle shot an arrow to her first and he must have heard about the assassin in the woods that commander Yoon chased. I doubt he was the hidden guard. I also don't think Ga On is a threat for the Crown Prince. He must have his own reason to be there. His part in the story is surely bigger than the one of a simple bodyguard.

The drama is good so far. Hope they keep it good to the end.

It was forbidden between same clan and same place of origin. But you could marry your cousin from your Aunt's side. So from an historical perspective it is weird that Lee Hyun would like his cousin but for me it is not prejudiciable to the story. It just confirms that he has no chance. lol.

It's the main plot of the drama. How a daughter who was supposed to be killed becomes Crown Prince and why and how she would become King. To achieve what before she steps down.
