She said she was a Lawyer but also a designer who wants to enter Sandbox as such.

She said to HJP she reviewed the contract and saw nothing wrong in it. Of course, she was too busy trying to hook up with that idiot Chul San to do the job properly. I am not sure she is specialized in business Law but she should have made it reviewed by a specialist in Start Ups. But ok, let's see where all this will lead them to.

I don't understand these comments section. There has never been HJP and Dal Mi. They were never in love with each…
Forget it. They are lost in delusion. If you read their comments now, it is mostly hate, anger, disparagement, mockery of everything and everyone but HJP.

The closer we go to the end, the less you should pay attention to these comments. It will really spoil your enjoyment of watching this drama. The SLS salty comments have just begun.

This episode was the perfect balance between story and emotion.
I enjoyed the fast developing story and some emotional moments but some characters were a bit annoying.

I don't understand why Yongsan blames HJP for his brother, he only told him the truth ... no one is going to treat…
HJP was harsh and wrong in his questioning of Yong San's brother during the Demoday. But it is not a reason to commit suicide.

Yes probably tomorrow's ep will show a major change of direction for many characters.
I also never thought they would let 2STO purchase SST. I mean Dosan created it and made it to this point in Sand Box with the other members of SST. Why he would sell his company for 3 billion if he really believed in his dream to make SST worth 30 billion? I thought he would halt the transaction.

The scene where they were already talking about another Start up and IA in cars just showed how they failed to keep their feet on the ground. Also Sa Ha is a lawyer. She should have done better. She should have made another lawyer review it if she was not competent. Now they will all pay the consequences.

I just fast forward ed the episode as I am outside but how the hell is HJP responsible for yongsan's brother's…
HJP was abusive during his questioning of Yong San's brother. He said Yong San's brother failed as a CEO to be up to date on the projections of use of batteries (which is true) and that it was fraud (this is not true) . Fraud only happens if the investors already paid money on informations which were knowingly hidden. But Yong San's brother did not hide. He was not up to date. He did not know the info. So it would have been the investor's mistake alongside his. That's two differents things and HJP should have made his assessment differently.

This changes nothing. HJP is never responsible for the suicide of Yong San's brother. Everyone encounters hardships and opponents which can be ruthless. It is not a reason to commit suicide.

This just empahasizes that sometime HJP speaks too harsh and there is times it leads to something bad like a suicide and sometimes it leads to a success. But the real question for HJP is when he talked harshly, what was his intention? Was it to push these persons to do better? or was it just to piss them off and belittle them?

Dal Mi is the CEO of SST and she is not in his head. So it is perfectly understandable that she says it helped them give their best and succeed. But HJP should reflect on himself: when he told to SST their business plan was shitty, he did not even read it yet. So was he motivating them? or trying to belittle them? When he told them their shareholders list was wrong and their CEO was not able to make a decision, was it just to piss them off or was it trying to make Dal Mi come up with a solution?

I think HJP did wrong when he told SST they would never make it but he did right when he told SDM she was not able to make a decision to trigger her to find one.

Regarding the acquisition of SST by 2STO, when HJP arrived to talk to SST team, it was too late already. Sa Ha is to blame.

OMG Sa Ha and Chul Sang were so annoying this ep. Why they need to be so nosy and ask Dal Mi and Do San about their private matters. They could have asked their decision on plan B without that. And Sa Ha gosh she is the one at fault for not properly doing her job regarding the acquisition contract. I thought she was a lawyer? Chul San, needs a kick in the butt.

Looks like tomorrow's ep is gonna be intense...

LOL, I am so glad that he turned out to be a good guy.
I thought the guy caused the death of Ra Ra's father. I guess I need to rewatch that part.

Ji Pyeong is not fake Nam Do San from the letters. If Dal Mi wants to be grateful, she should direct her gratitude…
I am not vilifying him. I am just telling my opinion on his character and his doings.

For example you say that he never did anything criminal. He did something illegal. He used Grandma's account to make investment trades without her knowledge. That is legally fraud. Even if Grandma sides to protect him, the procuror could demonstarte that the orders were not placed and authorized by her but by him and he would be sent to jail or fined at least the 70 millions he illegally acquired. But deluded HJP shippers won't acknowledge that.

Plenty of other things like HJP recognized himself that he wrote the "stupid" letters because he was lured into doing it and he is not responsible of them. That's fact but deluded HJP shippers would not acknowledge it. Same when he lied to Dal Mi NDS was paid money to go to the Networking party.

You know, it is not Dal Mi who is approaching the issue wrongly. It is the HJP worshippers who are approaching the drama wrongly. :)

Anyway enjoy your viewing.

People with heavy SLS are also welcomed to stay in their own delusion. lol. I am not here to tell if HJP deserves credit or not. I am just here to say my opinion about why Dal Mi did not gave him credit and why she is right.

With the same argument, how can she fall in love with NDS when a majority of the reason she let him in her heart…
Thanks for your support! lol. Actually I am not trying to convince of convert HJP shippers. They have the right to enjoy the drama like they want. I don't mind opinions. It is just that sometimes, they say things that are really untrue and not in the drama and it needs to be balanced.

Some have reached a level of delusion and frustration so high that their posts contain hate and disparagement for some characters and it creates toxicity to the point people must be carefull reading this comment section or they can really spoil their own enjoyment of watching the drama.

SDM is quite immature, so i'm not very surprised. The only adults in the show are HJP, WIJ and Grandma.
- HJP the guy who has been lying to Dal Mi for15 years and still lying to her even after the letters are revealed as fake? The guy who can't deal with his own feelings and can't be considerate of others' feelings? This guy is mature?

- WIJ? the woman who look down on her own sister? mock her difficult situation and brags about being better because her step dad is rich? The woman who used underhanded attack on her sister to evade the fact that she did a theft and stole the story of the swing?

- Grandma, the mastermind of the lies since 15 years who have hurt her grand daughter and never told the truth but still keeps lying to her in the name of Dal Mi's happiness?

Looks like you don't really like our main couple... Do San and Dal Mi are the youngest of these 5 but they are the most caring ones of other people. Is not this a better level of maturity?

I hope Dalmi would express her gratitude towards Jipyeong for being the one who wrote those letters that gave…
Ji Pyeong is not fake Nam Do San from the letters. If Dal Mi wants to be grateful, she should direct her gratitude to Grandma. It was her scheme and her words. After HJP told he never wrote these stupid letters and he was her and him together who wrote them and made up NDS, now he dares say to Dal Me he wrote them (alledgely on his own). Dal Mi did not give a damn about it. And she was right to just leave him in the middle of the street.

Ok the letters: It's not that the letters didn't mean anything. They did. But see she sees nothing of HJP that…
HJP is never fake NDS from the letters. HJP keeps making Dal Mi believe that but it will just backfire to him.

With the same argument, how can she fall in love with NDS when a majority of the reason she let him in her heart…
It is sad that HJP's worshippers do not even want to see the events and story told in the drama and they just believe what they want to believe in.

In the drama, the events are that Dal Mi met Do San thinking he is her old Do San. She told him she liked him for his nice hands. Meaning she likes his handsomeness. She is attracted physically. This is why she does not mind putting her hand in his or jumping in his arms. If he was the one who wrote the letters and looked like the Penguin in Batman 2, she would have thought twice before hugging him. But she is attracted by the physical side of him like many people would fall in love with someone's face or just the hair, or eyes or physical presence without knowing who that person is. It started from there.

Then she learnt about his qualities and flaws. She said to grandma she would still choose old Do San as she has noticed new NDS has differences with old NDS but she also says she doesn't mind the differences because the moments of difference make her heart flutter.

Dal Mi is slowly falling for the Real NDS and when they go to the seashore, she finally acknowledges to grandma that she likes him and she is so happy.

When HJP tells her he wrote the letters who are so dear to her she does not even care about him. The only thing she is worried about and that makes her distress is if the feelings do San has for her and she has for him are fake. Because she has come to love Do San and she doesn't care about HJP or the writer of the letters.

What HJP shippers do not want to acknowledge is that the fake letters and the fake NDS 's story made her lower her guard and accept new NDS easier but it does not mean that she was not attracted to him in the first place. It does not mean that her feelings for him and his for her are not genuine. They want to hold on their deluded story that HJP is her childhood lover and that they must be reunited and NDS just stole his background.

What a joke! He and Grandma stole his background and name to write the letters. This is just a delicious revenge from destiny.
