He is underrated. He is not much promoted international. His team could make more for him and the international…
I discovered him in The Last Immortal, and he’s the only co-star of Zhao Lu Si who made me want to follow him. I’ve watched already 5 dramas and 2 TV Shows with him, and he’s very versatile. His dramas and characters have all been different. And he’s not only very talented, but he also seems to be a warm and bright person too. I’m glad you also regularly send him flowers. In 2 weeks he should reach the top 100. :)
I watched this drama only for Lusi and Yun Rui. I loved Lusi more like Feng Yin, her character growth was impressive.…
In the beginning he was very young and he had lost all his godly power (he didn’t even have the power of a junior immortal) after his father’s death. His blood on the sword activated a glimpse of his godly power, and at that moment he wasn’t weak at all. When he regained his power, he donated 9/10 of his spirit to revive Daze Mountain and all the disciples. That was hardly weakness. He lived 1000 years with 1/10 of his soul, refining that pearl with his power, and he donated that last piece of his soul to save A Yin's soul. Even so, in the end he defeated the Devil God. Considering what he lived through, I think he was very powerful.
I am from Europe and I discovered him because of The Last Immortal. I like Zhao Lu Si and now I also like Wang…
Smart too, yes :) I prefer costume chinese drama than modern drama too. A few good years ago, I watched some Korean series, recommended by my sister. Then I had quite a long break when I discovered a Chinese movie on Amazon Prime (Once Upon a Time), from which I found out there was also a series (Eternal Love). I watched it and then Eternal Love of Dream, then again a long break. By chance, I came across a funny video from A Female Student Arrives at the Imperial College, I looked for the drama, I watched it. And since then I have only watched Lu Si's dramas. But I didn't like the modern ones as much. And among all her co-stars, at first I liked Wu Lei the most, but after TLI Wang An Yu won me over. Not only how he behaved during the drama, but afterwards too :)

I made a voting list too , to discover more :)
