It can have a sequel but it would be a bit repetitive unless they expand and do other things. I see why it wasn't turned into a series because 12 or 16 episodes would mean almost every episode would be filler/repetitive/dragging out certain things unless it went beyond the main plot of the movie.

Atom and Oab's momma is giving vibes that she wants Atom to steal the steps and recipes of Shin without telling him directly and Atom is a bit dense because he's spoiled.

I'm going to assume near the end the mom will have a pity party and writer-nim will give her cancer or some disease or Hyo Shim/ML/ML's granny will need some transplant/blood whatever to have a kumbaya moment. From watching weekend family dramas things end up kumbaya (look at TRHC) only exception I can think of is Red Balloon.

They will continue to drag stories, give more scenes to all characters that are not ML or FL until 3/4th of the way near the end.

I felt from last episode to this one we jumped to "I love you"? Like holdup! We have had very little interaction and build up for romance there haven't been cute dates etc like we've had more build-up and dates with Ryu and FL

Normally opposites attract but in this case they are not on the same page. One wants to stay closeted and the other wants to be open and proud.

As educated and what seemed like open guy HM was, he should have known that rural village town is not Seoul where sure you will find homophobes but there are alot more people, so even if they were openly out and proud, it would be a big deal but also not since city people tend to for the most part mind their business. It's much scarier to be LGBT in a small village where people can turn and it can be scary.
HM should just have broken up with JW and stayed in Seoul, found someone more open.

Exactly, like why is he even in Jiujitsu if they can't get the fact that they are athletic. They should have come up with something else if they wanted him to appear non-athletic and un-coordinated. LOL because with martial arts, you become athletic and coordinated to avoid injuries for self and opponents. They should have maybe made him a nerdy person that does research or something since I can't tell if they both attend the same University or if one is in Uni and other is just in a Martial Arts training center trade/olympics type training.
