I just finished Spring Fever and there is no breakup in that one too. ML & FL have a good relationship…kinda…
This isn't directed at the person who wrote this comment so no offense, but this drama has already been recommended before I'm pretty sure down below somewhere, why isn't the op of this list adding dramas from recommendations anymore? I hope they're doing ok, I see they are still adding things but just slowly seems like only what they've watched themselves. I hope its not because we had someone complainers previously, if so don't let those complainers get to you, complainers only make up the minority, the majority of people love this list and all the work that goes in to it, and appreciate the people that comment and also get dramas added to the list. Because if comments are not added to the list we'll get a lot of repeat situations like this with many repeat comments, I think it happened recently already with repeat recommendations. Not trying to be rude or anything I just hope the op will start using comment recommendations for the list again, honestly if it's because of people that complained previously I really hope the op doesn't take it to heart. I just don't want to see the comments become full of repeat comments.
Like I also said, seems you didn't watch northward because she was definitely not similar in that and also with feud, or ordinary greatness. People that say she looks similar in every role just pick and chooses the roles they think she's similar in while leaving the others out.
Your opinion doesn't make it the consensus or fact, and you didn't say it clearly but certainly inferred, saying she carved out a successful career due to being beautiful, without solid acting skills to back up her popularity. You can try and act oblivious or like you didn't mean it but for someone that calls themselves a journalist, you should know words and inferences carry meaning.
And again thats your opinion but don't try to discredit someone's work just because they're beautiful, her popularity does not just come from her beauty. Thats like if I said, Michelle Tropham has carved out a career as a journalist due to her looks without having the writing skills to back up her notoriety. I hope you aren't offended by that cause it's exactly what you said about her.
Have to hard disagree with this, saying Bai Lu carved out her career due to her looks is wild to me, just my opinion but I have to disagree heavily. Especially in northward as well her acting was so good. I think her acting skills are top notch. Acting is subjective so to say this about her, like its fact instead of your opinion is wild I think. Completely discrediting someone's career and hardworking due to their looks is completely unfair and in this case I believe untrue.
Wtf is going on in this drama why are the characters dying I can't believe that the princess dies, she's such…
We don't know for sure she dies lets wait and see can't believe everything from a preview and honestly besides her and Qin cang in today's ep, no one else has really died
Guys, just thinking about the possibility of Prince Ding taking that woman as a concubine already makes me so…
Why is everyone even thinking he will take her as a concubine, it will never happen, watch end of the next episode and you'll have no worries. It will never happen everyone has to relax.
So what not everyone watches the trailer, by your logic nothing is a spoiler because every episode is in the public domain. It's a spoiler of what's to come in a future episode that many people purposefully avoid to watch. So defensive just accept you are in the wrong instead of trying to justify
I think before anything, FL needs to tell him about how her family was involved with the edict. ML may even want…
In the novel there was no such hidden edict and fl's family was not involved at all in his brother's death, so this wasn't an issue at all. They never came close to divorcing in the novel at all. He was obsessed with fl.
They did not clearly explain this part. I think when ML knows the truth, we will get a little more explanation…
No one is saying that it could have got taken by force, everyone is saying he didn't know who to trust. For instance, he returns, gets accused, goes to empress dowager and says this is the proof or during his trial says I have this edict here, and they just take it, burn it and pretend it never existed. With the emperor dead and no one to corroborate its gone. Thats the whole point, not that it could get taken from him by force, but that fact he had no one to trust. In the end he Chos eto trust fl's mother and lishan academy which was a mistake. Also it's important to note we don't even know what the edict says, I think thats important as well. Again we will wait and see for more details so lets not rush to judge, I understand you may have come across similar things in other dramas so are judging it early, but lets not rush to judge the writing has been top notch so far so I think we give it the benefit of the doubt until we get the whole story then can judge.
They did not clearly explain this part. I think when ML knows the truth, we will get a little more explanation…
No actually, the crime was leaving the battlefield allowing the enemies an opportunity to take three cities. The crime wasn't that he returned to the capital with his army, it was the he left the battlefield allowing the enemy an advantage. There was no treason talk about entering the capital with his army, he wasn't killed for treason, more like dereliction of duty for leaving the battlefield. The edict was meant to prove that he was ordered back, but he had no idea what was happening in the capital, no idea the emperor had died and empress dowager was in power so likely caught him all off guard. And again, you say it's either missed information or written poorly, how about waiting to see if they give us this information. Like drama has made it clear they intend to drip feed information slowly. So obviously information is missing, thats why we need to wait and see.
They did not clearly explain this part. I think when ML knows the truth, we will get a little more explanation…
Like you said, gotta reserve judgement we don't know so much. I'm sure theres much more to it, like I'm sure theres a reason consort dowager is still holding it as well not presenting it. And it seems like he didn't have the edict on his person when he returned to the capital otherwise it would have been taken when he was arrested. So likely the edict was left behind somewhere or carried by someone else, I'm sure we'll get more explanation. Also he's a loyal man, he returned to the capital and was quickly arrested and convicted, so what if he had his army, you wanted him to rebel, that would only prove his guilt more. If the court chooses to imprison him nothing much he could regardless if they have an army or not. I'm sure we'll get more info on what truly happened with the edict and everything, so I agree with what you said, need to reserve judgment.
I'm watching this drama whilst questioning myself.on whether I should continue 🤔Now I like Bai Lu and Cheng…
This drama just probably isn't for you, most of the comments pretty much say the story is one of the strongest parts of this drama, so if you're not resonating with the story thats ok, just likely means its not your type of story. You're probably more used to cdramas with really obvious bad guys that are just pure evil but this drama is more about complex characters rather than straight up bad guys. Like we see in today's ep 2ml's perspective and we see he's not a horrible human but a good person force day circumstances. Same with empress dowager, we don't know how she put the young emperor not he throne, also don't know why she wanted it, all we know is some kind of fire happened so I'm sure we'll find out more on that later
I feel like people just say AI for everything now, like legitimately, honestly how can you tell the difference…
All good I guess everyone sees things different cause I feel like it looks way more realistic then a lot of dramas right now and I see a lot of comments commending its realistic look and but all good everyone can feel different
The amount of AI is insane 🤣The first few sec of episode 1 actually caught me off guard .
I feel like people just say AI for everything now, like legitimately, honestly how can you tell the difference between AI and just usual cgi/vfx/animation
Since AI-generated videos started taking over, Chinese dramas have been using them for quite a few scenes. I just…
I'm genuinely curious how can you tell the difference between animation and ai, like I have no clue maybe cause I don't know ai that well but honestly just looks like normal animation you can find in a title sequence years ago before ai, like I saw people also saying pursuit of jade had ai title sequence but I honestly can't tell
I'm curious, after people watch, in ep 36 and 37 Zhan Zhao kills a few villains, what happened to the whole justice no killing thing. Like I totally understood that, works for bao Zheng, justice above all but now he's killing a couple people in the last couple eps, they deserve to die don't get me wrong I don't care that they die, but what happened to the whole justice thing that everyone mentioned in the comments.
