Omg does that mean there will be no kiss in this season? That's the biggest bummer ever how are we supposed to wait until they make a 2nd season? It'll take a year or so heck this is torture! Please tell me there will be some kind of confession atleast 😭

Okay I cried watching Tian cry he deserves the world 😭but the fact that Tian and Weng are sharing room with 2 other boys is bugging me. They had more privacy at home lol how will they be able to share moments without being disturbed? I wish it was just the two of them in the dorm room.

There's another thing that I wanna ask anyone who has read the novel. Is there gonna be romance anytime soon before this season ends? Are they going to realise that they've started liking each other as more than friends/brothers in the next remaining episodes? Is there gonna be a proper kiss? I love the show so far but I'm curious if they'll be sexually attracted to each other at any point

I get what you're trying to explain here. You were expecting love making but were met with either awkward or wild sex scenes with no softness to it. Me too. But this is just how boc does it. It's not for soft romance lovers like us.
If you're open to suggestions, I'd like to recommend an ongoing taiwanese bl called The On1y One. It's soft & emotional with slow burn romance available on netflix & viki. Do give it a shot I think you might like it :)

The chemistry between the two leads has left me spellbound! Their bond is so much deeper than a typical teenage crush/infatuation. One suffers from loneliness and the other one has abandonment/attachment issues. The way they carry their own baggage yet they've begun to care for each other so deeply shows how they've started to finally trust one another. They've finally found someone they can rely on without the fear of rejection. Their childhood traumas and emotions are portrayed so beautifully by the actors— it's phenomenal. The cinematography & direction is also commendable. Everything flows so naturally in this show. Nothing feels out of place. The stolen glances, the subtle nuances gosh I'm swooning!

It's been a long long time since I felt so attached and blown away by an lgbtq show. This is so much more than just a coming of age love story and I love it sooo much <3 this show deserves so much more love & hype than it's currently getting. I hope it blows up 🥺

This show is hilarious plus the cast is hella cuteee. And even though it's just bromance you can really feel the chemistry between TayNew they're so good together as always!

I found this show on netflix randomly and it's soo good! Good bls are rare to find these days I'm glad I bumped into this one. It's deep, it's meaningful, it's cute! Can't wait for the next episodes.

I wouldn't have agreed with you during the initial episodes because I saw potential in Tyme & Great. I was expecting an intense love story to play in the sidelines along with the main plot but now that we've come so far, I've realised Tyme & Great's romance is not an important parameter to the plot. So we just gotta watch it as it is without hoping for romance. I don't have a problem with that tbh not every show needs to include a love story. It's a suspense show afterall so it's fine. But even the overall chemistry is not upto the mark for me. Good thing that the plot doesn't demand it anyway.

I also don't care about any of the characters as much as I'd like to because none of the characters stand out individually, nor do they have the depth and nuances needed for me to feel their pain/happiness on a personal level. I gave it multiple chances to grow on me but it didn't. And it being a suspense show is not an excuse. All kinds of shows, even dystopian, suspenseful, horror or time travel genres try to make us connect with the characters. As for the nc scene, at this point I don't care about them even if it's Great & Time. My opinions have changed drastically ever since I started watching the show without any bias. It's an okayish show so far. Not bad but also not very good.

Ngl this morally gray version suits Great better as a character. The awkwardness that they tried to depict between him & Tyme in his memories (the other timeline from ep 1 to 5 where he tries to rectify things) looked forced. This cold dynamic is more appropriate for their characters if you ask me. Jes as a vengeful, nonchalant doc is also hotter in this timeline. But at the same time, it's kinda cute & sad that Great craved Tyme's affection & validation so bad that he imagined a whole another reality while lying on his death bed 🥺

Tonkla is one heck of a badass I must say. This is one of the few episodes that I enjoyed fully with little to no disappointments.

And when I tried to point it out people started coming at me like is it not obvious at this point that TayNew don't have enough bls even compared to youngest gmmtv generation

I'm rooting for the boys! Leng is so pretty and my love Ohm is in his best form as always. He never fails to deliver. And I'm guessing there are even more kisses considering the fact that gmmtv spoiled two of them so generously in the trailer lol. It's gonna be an exciting ride ahead!

I was just about to mention that. Even if they had given too many sex scenes to GreatTyme I would've gotten sick of them as well lol
