Those two shows have really flattened the theme, and that's not what the Omegaverse looks like. As a huge fan of this genre and someone who has read many books with this theme, I'm sorry you're hating on something that's so well-executed and reflects its reality. If you're repulsed by what's happening there, you should stop watching because you'll just get tired and frustrated because that's what the entire series will be like.
