I suspect Miao Jie bc he was the one that insisted on bringing Beiming onto the boat. The FL's father did not plan to include Beiming on the boat so if he were Yesha 1.0, he would not instruct Zhu Yitie not to kill Beiming. Its just one theory I have. I think its obvious he is a Haiya remnant. But I don't think he was the Yesha 1.0 who died on that boat. He became Yesha 2.0, either to figure out who his whole organization is OR to get justice for Haiya. That's the only explanation that can bridge the age gap bc he is way to young to be Yesha 1.0.
