Exciting and interesting dramas.
Give a fresh look on traditional medicine.
Both main characters are humble doctors that get discriminated,
played by skilled actors that win your heart
If you're interested in oriental medicine and historical doctors, Horse Doctor explores medicine in more length and depth, while LUTYN is a shorter drama.

Historical dramas with never ending excitement
The main characters are both very lovely.
Although low-born,
continuously discriminated,
and fall in love with someone in higher status,
but they slowly climb their way
using their skills and efforts.
Both are by the same director, writer and network that produces those amazing long historical dramas

OSN might feel like a cozy drama, but it is a devil of pain in disguise. definitely not light.
After watching OSN, it is making me crave another romantic-melodrama. Like I said it is deceiving; making you think it is a cheerful one when it is really full of suffering and tension. I do recommend SITR after OSN for something very similar but slightly brighter, but it is actually making me crave watching something like Just Between Lovers to ease the suffering. The same sadness and slow romance. They’re very much alike.
They are beautiful and cozy pieces of art that put you through so many suffering sad emotions.

Both:
Food themed rom-coms
Same writer
Similar humor
Set in a restaurant (one is Italian and one is Asian)
Good focus on food
New boss trying to take over the old staff
ML is a skilled hot-tempered chef, with an ex
FL is kindhearted
Charming main cast and
Shinning supporting cast
Heartfelt, feel-good dramas

Dramas are of different genres. But both Jung Kyung Ho and Yoon Hyun Min act alongside each other; once as friends and once as rivals.
I would usually suggest Falling for Innocence as a healing drama after the cruelty of Cruel City (hence the name), but if you haven't seen Cruel City ...
GO WATCH IT it is a MUST-watch.

Both are easily watchable long historical dramas
with female leads that climb up the social status
within the walls of the palace
where you learn a lot about Joseon's culture, customs and traditions
inside an interesting plot
with a troubled childhood/ family that they have to hide their origins
directed by the same director

If you'd like another slow-paced, sincere and kinda long but SO worth it drama with family value, then My Golden Life or My Father is Strange is one filled with that .
The stories are different but they both make you think of your family and close friends. And you grow close to all characters in the stories.
Both stores include a fake sibling phase too.

When it comes to story and genre, they are nothing alike. But if you consider the nature of pain the characters go through; the pain they had to endure for years, the nature of relationships they have; the distance and the closure, they are similar. Both pained and hurt. Both dramas have a sad vibe and tone to them. Also, both leads had a noona figure beside them and coincidently they both did similar work, so they reminded me of each other. Female leads are also similar, the smiling, innocent, but hurt type.
Plus, both dramas are amazing!!

Both are very simple yet lovable dramas.
Done by the same director.
Very warm and heart fluttering.
Rich man falling for an average woman.
Good rom-com-fix dramas.
But themes are slightly different.

Although the themes are so different,
Both dramas are very unique.
Feels like every episode tells a little story and contributes to the whole big story.
Black comedy.
Every moment is enjoyable, and they are heart-touching; there are moments where you smile so happily.
They both mainly take place in one big closed space.
Quiet dramas with not too much action going on.
Lovable characters.
There is no obvious villain.

Storylines are slightly similar.
In both dramas, the couples almost date before going separate ways and then meet again; one of them is a writer, and in both dramas the writers (one of the main characters) incorporate their lives in their writings; the 2MLs have similar roles (but it's more serious in ToL); they both talk about friendships; slow-burn romances; they are both overlooked dramas.
Temp of Love is a little deeper, more serious and longer, while Ex-Girlfriend Club is more humorous and the problems are on a less serious note.
