PTSD for sure

I’m currently on episode 18 but that’s the vibe I’ve been getting. Hooked on his things are unraveling so far.

So is FL schizophrenic? Alternate theory could be this is all taking place in FL’s mind because of all the trauma she’s faced.

Having a hard time watching this drama. The ML lacks depth in his character, he’s only there to ask FL if someone can be trusted and gives her questionable looks here and there. It’s a boring loop they keep repeating, FL has half thought out idea, ML questions if she really wants to go through with a plan or if someone is trust worthy and goes along with whatever idea the FL has. He just follows her blindly, he doesn’t add any insight, no intelligence of his own, acted like he couldn’t stand her at first and all of sudden he is head over heels for her because she stopped his public beating for a second and then he continued to get beat up more after she was pulled away. I guess she was the first person who stuck up for him, but come on give him something more to work with then just looking at the FL with his puppy dog eyes and questioning other people’s intent to just go along with FL haphazard plan.

I know! So excited to see them both in the same drama, but also hoping this will give Richard a long drama of his own.

As much as everyone is excited to see HMH, I’m excited to see Richard Li finally in a long length drama! Can’t wait to see his talent alongside this great cast.

Is that when we’ll get to see Li Fei as Ye Mo? Waiting for his episode so patiently. 🥰

What is going on with this drama? No news, no amount of episodes, it’s been almost year since they started shooting and there hasn’t been any updates. And haven’t heard or seen Li Fei - what is going on?

Thank goodness I thought I was the only one that thought this way. Agreed that the cinematography was top-notch but the storyline was chaotic and lacked character development. Like when did ZYZ fall in love with WX? By pushing her on a swing? Killing her master? Or because she has a heart of gold for demons? Whatever the case, I didn’t see how they developed an undying love for each other. The first half was enjoyable as they worked on solving cases together but the second half was a hot mess with overly dramatic depressive unconnected moments and indecisive loud ost taking over the whole scene. We get it, the music is great as I have it on a constant loop, but it’s like they couldn’t pick just one song and thought it would be a good idea to play five at a time. I couldn’t even finish the drama. And you already knew that ZYZ would die at the end any way.

Is this is a BL drama?

I had the same feeling. Although the other explanations make sense too, her comment made me think different. Maybe there’s resentment too since JJL was the favorite, smart and loved, or resentment for everything they may have gone through when JJL “died”.

I wonder why JJL’s sister doesn’t want her to come back? I sense some jealousy…hoping they’ll reveal more of the story there.
