Dropped after 2 eps.

Start was promising, with a good cast , excellent setting and themes, but quickly vanished once the leads shown their personality. The ML obviously likes the FL and he is in love with her immediately and does things for her etc. The FL and her friend can be very bitchy which disappointed me. I also feel the FL is childish, having tantrums over her interview etc.

Just not for me.

Oh god, I am so disappointed. I really like both leads, but I am on ep 11 and its so boring and there is very little romance between them. I liked the thing with the sex harassment at the start, that was interesting but after that it got boring for me. There is nothing that keeps me watching anymore and I think I can spend my time on something better. I am also disappointed because this is the 3rd modern Cdrama I dropped within a few days. They just don't do it for me for some reason.

If you are coming here for the Romance don't bother. This is a family and slice of life drama. I had to skip last 7 eps to the last episode because I was bored. I wasn't interested in her friends lives, all the parental conflicts etc.

As a romance drama this was average. Plus I couldn't stand her brother ziqi or whatever his name was. I just don't believe a brother could behave like that in real life. His character was grossly exaggerated.

The good parts of the drama are the 2 leads. The female is a great person and sister and gf. The brother she got together with is very handsome and his behaviour is reasonably realistic. Just wish there was more romance.

It's absolutely ridiculous also because bigger age gaps are common in real life too. The users must be very young or living in a bubble.

I know nothing about the OG novel, But in my country the UK 19 is adult age and most are out of high school, at least 99 percent. It can be creepy and predatory yes I agree, but I don't think its anyone's business if everyone is an adult.

I haven't seen such a toxic comment section in a while. There are some people who are hanged up on relationship between two adults and being judgemental about it, yes they are adults and its really ridiculous. If he was a minor it's more problematic but its still not illegal or pedophilia, although predatory I agree it would be.

NOW onto the actually drama. I really enjoyed the earlier episodes the most. It kind of got boring in the middle and then picked up in the later part of the show. I really didn't like the gangster stayed in his body. Overall I did enjoy the drama even without the BL but I WOULD have enjoyed it more if it was included. I won't rewatch this but gave it an 8/10 because I did enjoy it.

What illegal relationships? they are both adults here. You can think its creepy and that is fine but they are adults still and I don't think its wrong to portray them in a relationship.
