I used it, that is how I found that it means "president" (if you write it with no space between the characters) or "VIP room" (if you put a space between the first two characters and last) but when you take the middle character away it says "ear thread"... I tried to search for images on those two characters and I got a lot of pictures of (what looked like) gravestones and shrines. I read on a blog that the sign is supposed to be just 1 syllable different from ghost room but that didn't appear in the translation options.

Now I'm even more curious. I'll research more!! =D

Totally agree with you about this ep being just beautiful in the cinematography field.
About the letters on the door of her office, I did a little research and they mean "president", but I couldn't figure what they mean after the middle one fell (I don't speak korean either so...).

I agree with you in all the dramas you mention that I've watched. I agree with pinkvoyager about the chemistry between the actors playing a big role on the matter too. I would like to know what you think about this on the drama I Hear Your Voice that is still airing. I sincerely think Park Soo Ha and Jang Hye Sung should end together despite the age gap (it's about time he gets the girl too xD ).
