Ofcourse there aren't many likes on my comments, bc dramalovers love to connect with the fictional characters and think of them as theirselves. That's why they overlook/ignore/avoid the harsh truth about their favourite character and justify their every deed right or wrong. You have all the valid points about the mother and daughter relationship but did the mother ever not care about her daughter or not provided for her. Sure every parents object to the decisions of their children , which according to their experience and life long learning might turn out to be one with uncertain or negative outcome but their intention is never to hurt or harm their children, this one thing our FL cannot understand. She just had to be just as resolute and convince her mother about her decisions through discussion. I bet if it was a real world mother would eventually agree and stand behind her with full support even if she falls apart. If you call being self sufficient and perfect is not being trouble to parents then no parent is without trouble as long as they live they keep looking out for their children , in the eyes of a parent a child always need their teachings, experience. They are not perfect.like even if you are some bigshot your mother still nags at you , tells you how to do things, she can still point out your shortcomings and then some.
A bond of love forged through mutual understanding, feelings and emotions maturing over time gets stronger , it's not an agreement or partnership that if someday when a dispute arises or you had an angy argument you decide to leave. It's not a job that you resign whenever you have some conflict. You sit down with your partner and discuss the issue calmly if not one then two perhaps 20 discussions later the issue is resolved. You both try your tooth and nail to make it work somehow because that's how precious your bond is. In this process both realise their mistakes and forgive or forget. But our FL one argument later : I am outta here. That's not love worth crying your eyes over at the airport.
The key takeaway point here is talk about it , share it , trust in your partner, have faith that the bond is not so fragile.
