There were a hundred ways to make this scene believable, but no... the writer or the director (whoever came up…
Other shows have had the lead running around after he’s been shocked, so I just rolled my eyes and went with it. I do wish he had a bandage on his forehead where he was bleeding profusely.
Had to watch episode 4 again to prepare for tomorrow, and that OST at the end is gorgeous. I was so engrossed from the last scene the first time I watched that I missed how perfect that song was for that scene.
I still burst into tears at how empathetic Gang uk is with worrying about how Yeo Ri has dealt with the ghost situation all by herself. Is there a better ML out there than an empathetic one who isn’t afraid to ask for help? Still wondering what in the world happened to him and can’t wait until we find out!
I also appreciate that the leads aren’t ultra-filtered to look flawless like on other shows, and they look like normal people (except for Park Eun Bin’s hair which is perfection). It brings some humanizing to their characters.
Kim Ji Hoon is so gorgeous that I can’t stop staring at him. He’s finally the lead! Never thought I’d see him in a drama with Kim Hye Soo but love their chaos and dynamics. Wondering why he’s not the bigger influencer/star because of his visuals. Who would ignore him?
Can’t believe all the couples have my favorite tropes- the rich “cold” actress/poor sweet guy storyline is always a win, plus we get a lust to love one! Hope they get more screen time next week.
Don’t know why everyone is mad at ML- he called out the AD who was being awful, and he’s not pursuing a relationship with FL now because he knows that if they start dating no one will take her seriously. I appreciate that she was honest about hurt she was being left out- usually the FL suffers alone, but she does a great job with being honest about her feelings.
Wish ML’s mom left the awful dad, but unfortunately their relationship is common with her harboring the guilt if she left. I hope he’s left with nothing at the end.
They are seriously piling the family trauma on the FL from the get go. Hope it’s not as bad as Beauty and Mr Romantic treated the FL because that was awful to watch. I wish those ungrateful siblings helped their sister with chores. Why is she stuck doing everything? The dad sucks as well, and don’t get me started on the mom and middle sister. They all need to be slapped.
Interesting first two episodes. Been loving the fast few long weekend dramas so hope this is good!
Bullies really boil my blood. Can v once write a story in favour of good ppl n punish the bullies instead of accusing…
That’s why I loved Teach You a Lesson, since they didn’t let this nonsense side. The police are incompetent to think that they didn’t bully the kid, and the parents are worse.
Second office romance show in a row that had a nice, honest, toxicity-free relationship between the leads (the other being Filing for Love). No dumb misunderstanding or tantrums, just two couples being honest and loving each other. I know people think that’s boring, but I loved it.
I’m in the minority of thinking the second couple were absolutely boring. I just fast forwarded through them but glad others appreciated them.
It’s been a while since I’ve seen a Subway PPL. And is it this easy to loot reserve funds at complexes? What if they need it and it’s found to be missing? The villain doing this to multiple complexes is insane.
The villain is so freaking creepy and unpredictable- he makes me so nervous that I want to FF his scenes but he’s so compelling.
