I went in with no expectation and was still disappointed

It's weird to say that about a zombie movie but up until the first zombie started doing zombie things the movie was ok.

It's the gross and gore kind of horror nothing is spooky it's just increasingly disgusting.

So these zombie are talking but more like trash talking in a sex oriented way in fact those zombie are really sex oriented. Some of this movie scene felt so long. Watching zombies hook up was not on my bingo and now I know why. Neither was in fact, watching zombies sexually assault people nor verbally nor physically.

I'm still not sure what way people are getting infected. Either some character just have a serious plot armor or are just showing sign of infection at uneven timing.

At some points it felt like it could have gone somewhere, one character get infected and we start seeing his POV as the infection gave him disturbing hallucinations. But then even though his reaction to the sex oriented thing might have been different as he is genuinely in love with another character... Well it was just the same so ok.

Anyway...
It was bad.
