Free speech isn't free of consequences. Free speech doesn't mean "i can say anything I want and never get called out for it." Why persist in using a word that is blatantly offensive? I'm sure there are words that you wouldn't like to be used and you reserve the right to educate us to be better too. There are certain words in existence that are just plain hurtful, and "retard" is one of them. Developmentally disabled people don't deserve that. Thank you for editing your comment.

If you let the negative comments keep you from watching, then that's too bad. But I'm seeing a distinct lack of patience all over this thread in how stories (and romances) come to fruition over a span of episodes
