oh damn, I just marked it as a spoiler. can you tell me what it is? because I have no idea
You know what, I made a mistake...but it's actually better this way because it's what happens when I see something that I think is a spoiler (but this actually isn't.) While skimming your review, at the end I saw "Oh, and Yagi Yusei's character is killed trying to help the FL. He went out a stalker hero..." and immediately stopped reading because I thought the drama had just been spoiled, and that's when I wrote your comment. (And I didn't want to read any more because I didn't want to get any more spoiled.) But upon seeing your response I went back over your review and just realized that it wasn't actually a spoiler, it was you rewriting the plot. LOL So my apologies for saying that you had a spoiler when you hadn't!
Netflix ruined Kdrama rhythm for the past 4-5 years and even Korean networks started adapting that. Give me back…
Not everyone liked the old 16-20 episode pattern - often way too much filler. Some of us very much like these new ways of making dramas, and I for one hope they continue
It hasn’t even been subbed yet and already the rating is a low 7.7. I’m starting to think that this is the baseline rating that all J-dramas and films just automatically get on here. #provemewrong
Because we can. Haven't even started this one yet but i'm sick of people on their high horses telling others what…
But isn't that what you're doing too? Your original comment got written because you yourself didn't keep scrolling but instead wrote in response to someone else who wrote before you. We all do that on here and we all are responding to each other, whether positively or negatively.
By the way, I also really, really like when there is obvious physical affection in my dramas and I despise when everyone is so prudish or act like they're twelve instead of thirty. However, this particular drama was so well done that for once I didn't think it needed a single thing added.
This has proved to me - maybe once and for all - that MDL ratings don't mean a damn thing and are pretty much irrelevant and meaningless. 7.9 for this gorgeously acted and emotional gut punch in all the best ways....no frickin' way. This has become a new favorite - Matsuoka Koudai is an absolute revelation, and Nakao Masaki continues to hone his craft in masterful ways. This is one of the best BL's I've ever seen - and I will hear nothing else that could possibly change my mind.
So my apologies for saying that you had a spoiler when you hadn't!
