The honey scene was at the end of episode 4 right after Akin confronted Jin why he was avoiding him. Neither of them was drunk that night.
As for Jin winning the sexiest man award, there could have been cheating or Jin actually won. It hasn't been revealed yet. But the scene where Akin's manager (Jade) was looking at the voting/poll results where Akin was ahead by 162 votes was the night before the winner announcement and the voting hasn't ended yet.
