Not sure since it is set to China in other sites like "themoviedatabase" and streaming platforms like Viki and iQiYi. I doubt changing the country info in a tv/movie database or website would cause it to be cancelled.

I already requested for an edit but it was rejected. MDL said *primary* producer is Thai, it cannot be changed.

So they set the country based on production not actors or source material or language.
