Fun Trivia about my Drama History:

My First Asian Watched Content: Thai movie - Crazy Little Thing Called Love. Watched in 2018. (In early 2016, my classmate narrated the story of this movie. I was never an entertainment enthusiast, I had never watched movies and dramas with much interest before, except a very few Indian ones. Something pulled me to watch it...and that's how I entered the dramaland and I now refuse to leave it. Would have watched this movie in 2016 itself, if I had a phone/laptop...but only after I started college, I got my laptop...that's why the delay. Cheers to my friend Hephizibah for making me a drama addict.)

My First Asian Series: Thai series - Ugly Duckling: Don't. Watched in 2018. (I came across lots of FMVs of this series after I watched the above movie. It got me intrigued and I ended up watching it. Really liked it but I didn't know the Ugly Duckling had three more different stories to it...which I watched later in 2020.)

My First Chinese Series: Master Devil Do Not Kiss Me S1, S2 and S3(Demon Master). Watched in 2018. (Again a bunch of FMVs on YouTube sent me to watch this series).

My First South Korean Series: Hotel Del Luna. Watched in 2019. (Was excited ever since I watched the trailer. I had a bunch of other Kdramas but I first watched this and glad I did. Its one of my top favorite dramas till now.)

My First Japanese Series: 35sai no Shojo(35 year old girl). Watched in 2020. (Very interesting plot. And I am happy that this was my first Jdrama.)

My First Taiwanese Series: Dark Blue and Moonlight. Watched in 2021. (By this time, I became familiar with BLs. So, I was okay with watching this.)

My First Filipino Series: Gaya Sa Pelikula(Like In The Movies). Watched in 2021. 

My first BL series: Thai series - 2gether. Watched in 2020. (Actually, my first BL started on the wrong foot because of YouTube algorithm. After I was done with Ugly Duckling: Don't, I watched many FMVs to choose my next drama, and I came across a steamy FMV of Chinese BL Falling in Love With Rival. Yes, this was one of the uncensored Chinese BL. And so, since I was completely new to this, I cringed. And I skipped many parts. And I watched another uncensored Chinese BL A Round Trip To Love, and this made me more cringe. By skipping many parts, I watched Chinese BL Irresistible Love and Thai BL What The Duck?. That's where 2gether came into picture. 2gether was more of a bromance and less of a BL, though kisses were involved. So,  I felt comfortable watching it. Also, watching this made me realize its natural to have romance between two men. 2gether became my first BL that I watched fully without skipping. After this I picked some really good ones to become more familiar with BLs like Until We Meet Again, SOTUS, Theory of Love, Addicted, Where Your Eyes Linger, Advance Bravely, To My Star and so on. Then I rewatched all that I have skipped and this time I didn't cringe. And my foothold on BL universe became so firm that I can't imagine a life without BL now.)
