I am on episode 18 atm........and its still extremely slow. They need to pick it up if they are not going to ruin part two by squashing everything in and rushing it all.
I have to admit I have liked Johnny Huang's acting for a while but only just started watching some of his older works. Having watched this show I think its a case of don't mix up the actors for the characters. The actors obviously did their job well, they had good chemistry and worked well together. The characters however are another matter. they are both messed up and seriously need a shrink. However I do agree with some comments that Luo Yin was capable of stopping, at least most of it if he had wanted to, not that that makes it right. Gu Hai was a bit over the top and could have done with reigning in some. You can love the actors while hating the characters they play, the trick is not to mix up the two. The actors themselves did a brilliant job for that time in their respective careers. I'm glad both of them kept on acting and achieved better things.
The music was phenomenal. They're slow but don't usually give you heart throbs until much later in the story.…
'Under the Power' introduced me to Allen Ren. He is great in that. As for this the plot simply got too stagnant for me to cope...........I really wanted to finish it as I love both actors. Pity really
If its an iqiyi show then I can't help but wonder why its not available on IQIYI in the UK. It just keeps saying, 'not available in your region'. If I can't watch it on iqiyi then idea on other places I can watch the show? I enjoyed the special before.

Pity really the drama was getting good.
