Hmmm Avoid the chilli seeds. It will b ok. If u can take fiery mexican food, it should b ok. There r people who can take spiicy food don’t like the numbness and taste. The numbness is a very cool awesome feeling for some folks ( like yours truly)😛.

🤣but not every chinese enjoy spicy food there. Some have weaker tummies and cannot tolerate the spice. I have chinese colleagues who refrain from spicy food for beauty reasons. 😝
