Yes, they were both in the cemetery- FL for her friend who committed suicide and ML for his mum's death. They…
The way I remembered the buying-suitcase-shop scene is that ML was intrigued and drawned by her after her interaction between them about the insect. It showed a mind that was emotionally intelligent. Also i believe ML recognised her from cemetery/graduation years ago and in that moment of realisation felt compelled to not let this moment pass again. However, the taxi drove her off before he could stop her.
I thoroughly loved it. Its not a fluffy romantic drama, it's about very troubled, flawed characters who find each other through all the pain with alot of healing. So i strongly recommend watching it if your in the mood for adult, dark, twisty, noir type drama.
It was absolutely satisfying watching the girl fight in the construction site elevator. So so so Satisfying!!! Love who won too. The way FL walked out the elevator! Yes! Kind of felt like FL turned a life-changing corner in her life. It was alluded she took this 5th dispatch because he too was an empty shell , that with them both together they can finally 'give up' on their empty-shelled existence. That beautifully backfired! For SFL she took satisfaction in cruelly trying to control him that watching him pining for her eventhough she was faking being remarried wasnt enough. She wanted absolute power over him. When that royally backfired because SFL's chosen broken FL actually has nuclear fire in her belly and so clever in protecting those she loved was poetic justice! To see FL determined to stay untouched unmoved business like to finish the 5th dispatch but in the end set free to fall in love again. Loved witnessing every step of her healing journey!
you can tell by the comments whose mature and whose a little kid looking for true Beaty romance. don’t get me…
Sometimes I think its because they don't like to think or pay attention to every nuance. They like things played out neatly in a little red bow, no grey. This drama you can't skip, you need to stay for the slowburn, you need to catch the subtle undertones, the mystery, the backdrop, the layer underneath the words spoken, the music used, the actor's brilliant portrayal of their complex flawed character. The clichés cold CEO chaebol turn green flag type drama - This is NOT.
I kept saying she needs to eat more pie but i guess show business can be really cruel with this enormous pressure to be skinny to look good on camera or to fit her role
the ending is so good im so tired of kdrama fans who always want unrealistic happy ending, they give each other…
I wouldn't say its a good ending but a healthy ending. They both needed to heal on their own separately. For me personally, a good ending is not an open ending. Despite the big hint that they will certainly meet the 2nd time.
wait so in the beginning of ep 6 they met before they had their nm marriage and he wanted to talk to here hence…
Yes, they were both in the cemetery- FL for her friend who committed suicide and ML for his mum's death. They both took the same bus to school where they 'met' the day of their graduation picture.
Is this some sort of “Open relationship” what’s going on at that dinner table
I actually loved the dinner table scene. The acting , the script, the whole dynamic and the Shade from everyone was absolutely brilliant. It was like a Shadefest actually - I was rooting for Jeong Won & In Ji throughout. It thrilling to witness!
Cried my eyes out when Hae Jun's mum was on the floor. Had the emotional effect but i think the tears came from me remembering the OG of this adapted scene. OG definitely had a deeper more meaningful impact, characters were well portrayed and written, more realistic. This kdrama scene made me instantly want to rewatch the OG. Although im enjoying the lighter side of this kdrama it is still short of a masterpiece that is GA. I have to say this even if i appreciate kdrama's approach with this difference in angle/genre. JuWon's romantic feelings for Sanha was not executed nor written well, it was too sudden. I had high hopes this kdrama could pull it off and succeed framing this adaptation to have a smoother transition of non-blood sibling to lovers and cleaner Hae Jun - Ju Won bond but it fell abit short. It's a shame.
Jeongnyeon losing her voice for good is so painful to watch when i was tearing my hair off watching her stubbornly ruin her voice needlessly even after intervention after another. The ending better be good or i wont get over it myself.
