They also never told us what happened to hee-jin’s mom after her body was tossed into the ocean. Half the story was all about finding her.

Just finished watching the kdrama. Et here was a lot of plot holes in the story, and some scenes felt rushed in but it was an overall good drama. Also what happens to Hee-jin’s mom? I know Jiwook threw her body in the ocean, but did they try to get her back?
