I came here after watching Blossoms in Adversity. Really loved that show.

I don't even hate villains as much as I hate Xiao Zi Jin, such a stupid character with no character development. :/

Currently rewatching, will write one after that.

I can gaurantee that this show is many things but not a bore. I won't list down why I liked this show, but if you like wuxias with good fighting scenes, mystery and Cheng Yi's fabulous acting, give this show one more chance and watch few more episodes. If you still don't like it, then maybe it's really not your type.

Btw I am an international fan. I watched this show when it was releasing & absolutely loved it. But I would like to know how did it go in China? Like how famous it was there in general? Just curious!

I just sat for the rewatch. Even at first episode I still keep remembering that there were so many moments when he could have taken the antidote, it just never happened. Why can't Cheng Yi ever get a happy ending, I am so sad!

Maybe after a few years I will randomly check MDL and find out immortality is out!! That's my last hope.

I hope reshooting doesn't lead to reduced couple scenes or cutting some origin scenes! Even though I loved previous pairing, I still wanna watch for LXY!

Nowadaya I only to come to here as a habit, I have lost hope on this one. Will try to get rid of this habit too. I am sorry but can't do this anymore, its very tiring. I even gave this drama's name to Netflix suggestions.

Then why don't they air immortality in other countries than China? I have lost hope that it will ever be released in China!
