How I Got into KPOP and KDRAMAS!
I started watching Kdramas first which also lead me into KPop. I was interested in Kdramas because I heard that they are very good. I was an otaku and on the website that I watched different animes from, the website also had Korean Dramas. I looked through their list and I lay my eye upon Goong or Princess Hours, which seemed like an interesting story. So after I watched the AMAZING Goong, I wanted to watch more dramas which lead me into watching Boys Over Flowers. I was looking up the actors and found Kim Hyung Joong of SS501. I also discovered they sung one of my favorite songs of the drama (Because I'm Stupid) and I watched the MV of it. I liked it but I didn't get hooked just yet. I scrolled through the related videos which were So Cool- Sistar and Gee- SNSD, but it still didn't interest me (I like those songs now that I am a Kpop fan), I didn't understand what was happening. But when I looked through the comments people were like talking about Super Junior and how they are better than any other boy group. I was like, well they must be really good and so I checked them out. The first Super Junior video I saw was Bonamana. It was so good the boys were looking good, which caught my attention totally. My Favorite Drama of All TIME!!!!!!
"My Lovely Kim Sam Soon"
It is such a classic drama. I loved it. Hyun Bin and Sun Ha had really great chemistry and each episode never kept me bored. I'm not going to say much, but you should really watch this drama sometime :)

So, all of the above is an archive of what I wrote almost 10+ years ago...wow. And I am just going to keep it as is, even though a lot of my kpop faves have changed around or they disbanded lol
Haha - but to update, I am still an avid Asian drama fan.
As I am writing this, my favorite drama is Goong - I rewatched it probably 3+ times and I will continue to do so. It is such an aesthetic, classic, sweet, and the blueprint to what a good kdrama should be. It is surprising that my favorite drama is my first drama. But, other than Goong, I've found a new favorite drama. And that is...Falling Into Your Smile!
Falling Into Your Smile
I came across this drama on TikTok and one day after being bored from studying all day and getting tired of binging Fruits Basket (although it is sooo good but I had to change up my viewing pleasures lol).
Falling Into Your Smile is a breath of fresh air. It is everything that I need in a drama. Great build up, amazing couple with astounding chemistry, and just an overall memorable show. I can't wait to rewatch it and tell all my drama loving friends to get into it!
