beautiful love story in Joseon.
Wow, it was perfect in every way. Even though it is a long drama, not a single episode was boring. The acting was great, as well as the production.The storyline is awesome, even more heartbreaking as the love story between the king and the court maid is based on a true story. To think about it, life inside the palace walls was basically a game of survival and politics, and not really living.
I loved their interaction at the beginning, as it was fun to watch. Their interactions made me giggle.
It was heartbreaking to watch the relationship between the king and the crown prince. They are family, but also the ruler and his successor. Later on, San will find out that it is hard to make a decision, especially when many lives depend on it. His journey was very hard, and he had to get through so many obstacles, so it was great that he had one person he could share all his worries with inside the palace and rely on. The last episode broke my heart. My eyes could not stop watering.

He must have been so in love with her, as he waited for her acceptance for 15 years, and she refused him the first time. If anyone else had done that, the result would have been death.
I cannot imagine how hard it must have been for him to lose his son and, a few months later, his beloved wife.
After I finished the drama, I did some research about the king. He had more wives, but he only visited them on the days that were set, while he visited Uibin almost every day. He also personally wrote an epitaph in which he stated that she is the only one he loved.
He built his sons and Uibin's tombs next to each other and planted almost 30 thousand trees. After her death, he became a workaholic and did not take care of his health, and passed away before his 50s. And it was the beginning of the end of a great era. Sedp politics were ruling the country, corruption was everywhere, and the people of Joseon were suffering. So it was the last good era for the people for a few centuries. If you think about it... if Uibin had agreed to become his concubine at first, everything would have changed, and his son would have ruled the country after him, and history would have been different. Well...it's all.just speculation.

Truly amazing drama...ignore the rating!
I don't understand why the rating is so low. I'm glad that I read the comments that were praising the drama as it is truly amazing.The storyline is great and it makes you hooked from the beginning and you will be on the edge of your seat until the end. I loved the suspense as you do not know what they are going to do next.
The acting was superb. The trio did a great job.
It is a sad story of Jun Seong and Jae Hyun who are pushed to their limits to do bad things as they are in a desperate situation. To be honest, I do understand Jae Hyun's choice as his only option for him to lead a normal life was to become a doctor as he has no one to take care of him. I do sympathize with them and was rooting for them as well and was wishing for a good ending for them even though I kind of knew it wouldn't end well. Also, you can see the cruelty of rich people and that the law doesn't really exist as they can do whatever they want and will not be punished.

The best BL drama
OMG!! What a masterpiece. It is the best BL drama I have ever watched.Despite censorship in China, the series manages to convey the emotional
intensity and chemistry between the main leads. I did not expect it to be
so amazing.
I totally fell in love with Wu Bi and SuYu, and their bond is just amazing. I love how Wu Bi always protects Su Yu no matter what. For me, this is the best adaptation I have watched. I was drawn to it from the first episode and finished it in a few days. The acting is superb, especially the main trio, including Su Yu's cute sister. You will just fall in love with them. Also, I am totally with their classmate as she ships them. It left an
impact on me for a very long time.
It is a real shame season 2 was canceled as I was looking forward to seeing their happy ending.

It is perfect from the beginning till the end!
Finally a great new thiller drama. It is fast pace and not a single episode is boring. I got hooked from the beginning and the suspense was killing me. It will keep you on the edge of your seat. You will never guess what is gonna happen next and who is the culprit. Also you will always get a little bit closer to the true with each episode.The story and the production is great. It is very well written and the acting is great.
I love the ending. The justice was served and they got back their "connection"!

This is what you call the REVENGE DRAMA
This is what you call the revenge drama. It is excelent story and It will keep you on the edge of your seat as you can never predict what is gonna happen next and who is on who's side. I love how the main leads are trying to outsmarting each other and playing mind games. You are in the middle and trying to guess who is the real villainI really liked the interaction of Na Yi Je and Jae Hwan. It was nice development of Jae Hwan character.
There is not a boring moment in the drama. The acting is superb!
I cannot wait for a second season!

too slow pace drama and too long
Well, the first 10 episode is so slow paced that I almost dropped the drama. It was very boring but I sticked to it as it has really high rating. Then I got hooked and like the story but again from 17 episode I got bored and had to skip sceen to finish the drama. I have to say 24 ep is to much specially if its really slow pace.It is really sad story of Joseon and the people that tried to change the faith of their country but sadly they had to suffer 40 years under Japans ocupation and after that their country was divided.
The last two episodes are really emotional as you know their deaths will not change anything.
Overall its nice drama but its too long.

It is soo goooood!
I love it. I was hooked from the first episode. I love the trio and specially Namkoong…he nailed his character as always. It was great to watch their journey and how they all come together as one.The story was great and I love the love/hate bromance between Seung Soo and Know Kyung specially towards the end.
You can definitely watch the drama even you know nothing about baseball as it is not really a sport drama. Its about build the team back to his glory and trying to beat all the obstacles that comes in a way. I love the ending….it would be interesting to see his next project.
To be honest I did not expected to be soo good. Not sure why I was surprised as again Namkoong slayed the role!!

One word PERFECTION!!!!
WOW…the story line is perfect….it had me glued to the screen the whole time. I enjoy the journey with the main characters. I love how the story was lined to them. It was very emotional to see how hard they are trying to change the past to save people.The acting is great!
After reading the comments saying that this drama is one of the kind and you will not find anything so amazing. I thought they exaggerated but NO. It is a masterpiece. Everything is perfect and it set the bar up so height that it will be hard/impossible to beat it.
Also it made me happy to know that there is second season coming and hopefully we will get the ending we are hoping for.

really great thiller… do not miss it!
It is very sad story (heard its based on a true story - that is even more scarier). It shows the world we are living where injustice can go unpanished. I cannot imagine the trauma those kids must went through and the worst is that so many people known about it but done nothing!The drama was very engaging with realistic ending. To be honest I was hoping for different ending.
If you enjoyed Mouse you will really like this drama.
The acting was very good, I specially liked Seok Jin & Aun Jin. The OST was really great.

Amazing…what a roll coasters of emotions!
It is the best thiller I ever watched. I thought 20 episodes will be too many and it get boring but no the show was engaging from beginning till the end.I could guess who is the killer after few episodes but still the show wasn’t boring and there are so many twists that you would not expect. It is a real shame that Yo Han had to die because I really like the character. The story is great.
After the brain sugery I started to sympathise with Ba Reum and stated to think if they did not trigger him would he became a killer? Lee Seung’s acting was amazing! In the end he got what he deserved but I could not help but felt sorry for him and wished for different ending.
I could not stopped watching the show. I finished it in few day!

Namkoongs slayed the role again!
I love Namkoongs performance …he is great actor!It was fun to watch the trio. I really like how he fought the injustice and how the backstory makes a sense for a development of his character that he is now.
They could add more episods so they do not need to squeeze all the important story telling into last two episodes.

It is hilarious! The best romcom!
It is the best drama I have seen and just what I needed. I was laughing so hard with Sol & Seon Jae. Their time together is just hilarious. The OST is amazing and I love that Woo Seok recorded all the Enclipse songs. In Hyuk is hilarious 😆I love how they presented the time travel storyline as we get the best of school, college and preset eras. Also I like that they did not make the second lead turned stupid or make him do terrible things as it usually is in dramas and he ended being our hero who saved the day. I am glad that they did not pay much attention to the villain and concentrated more on Sol trying to save Seon Jae as it could ruin the drama. ( as for me it was with Queen of tears).
They made me giggle so many times! I love the acting and their chemistry is unbelievable. We could not wish for better pairing. I am so happy that the last episode was pure happiness! As it is not the case in most dramas.
As you can see I had to use the word ‘love’ so many times as I don’t know how else to describe it. I totally get why the drama is so popular and getting so much attention.
It will always have a place in my heart.
I will miss them.

It is a Surprising and Heartwarming Gem
Wow! I did not expect to love this drama so much. It completely took me by surprise, and I ended up binging it in just two days.Honestly, the first few episodes didn't grab me, mainly because of Ga Ram's goofy character. But as the story unfolded, I fell completely in love with him as I started to understand the depth behind his behavior. Kye Sang's acting was amazing, and I hope to see him in many more dramas. I have became his fan since The Kidnapping day.
Even though I don't typically watch rugby, I couldn't wait to see the team's next match. The drama beautifully conveys the message that if you set your mind to a goal, nothing is impossible.
The true highlight of this show is the rugby team itself. Watching them form a bond as strong as a family and build unshakable trust was a joy. They will make you laugh and cry with them. It was a great journey watching Coach Ga Ram help them achieve their dreams.
It's rare for me to wish a drama was longer, but I'm already missing the team and their story. The final episodes were incredibly emotional, and you will definitely find yourself crying along with them. While the plot itself might seem predictable, the heart and humor of Hanyang High make it a fantastic watch. This drama reminds me of Hot Stove League, which is one of my all-time favorites.

perfect drama in each way! action, comedy, good plot and great character development.
I did not expect it to be soooo good. Honestly, I was hesitating to start this drama, as I was thinking that it's overrated because of the actor, but I could not be more wrong! I love it. The screenwriting is good, and I was not bored for a single second.The storyline is great. I love how Jin Su joins the team, and you can see how slowly they become close. Also, his way of solving the cases is funny; using his fame and wealth is awesome. You can see his soft side as well when he is genuinely helping the victims. The screenwriters did a great job with his character development. I like that we have a lot of cases with the main plot slowly uncovered towards the end. The best part is the team dynamic and teasing each other... hilarious!
The production is great, as is the acting.
This drama has everything... action, comedy, interesting plot, mystery.
I cannot wait for season 2.

Skip!!! Poor execution and acting.
To be honest, I had a hard time staying focused as the drama did not interest me, but I stayed because the reviews and comments were good.I did not like the acting of Nam Joo and Eun Woo. Their facial expressions said it all. It has an interesting storyline, but it is not executed very well. Also, the flashbacks were very annoying. Not sure why the director needed to put them in every episode; you always see the same story from the past. So I lost interest and decided not to force myself to watch and dropped the drama.
I think the drama is very popular because of Eun Woo, but his acting is still not there. He is just not a gifted actor like others, so he will have to work hard to improve.
