Fast paced drama full of action and intrigues.
It's a fast-paced historical drama based on real events. It all happens in 24 hours, so there is a lot of action, plotting, and tactics. It's interesting to see how the events are going to turn out as life beside palace walls is a matter of life or death. I like that the queen is a great tactician and thinks a few steps ahead.I did not mind the sexual scenes as they fit well in the drama. They could make more episodes to fully develop the characters. The acting was great, except for Jong Seon, as she does not fit in the drama. I can't help but feel her expression is just ruining the experience for me. Chang Woo and Soo Hyuk did a great job portraying the king and the crazy prince.
Apart from that, I really enjoyed the drama. It was a great watch, but I don't like that it ended at the best part. And I am not sure if we are getting a season 2.

Overrated and Lacked Any Spark
I went into this drama with high expectations because I remembered all the hype while it was airing and saw its high ratings. But yet again, I am disappointed. This show is incredibly overrated and simply didn't captivate me at all.I found myself pushing through the episodes, constantly hoping that I would finally feel invested in the story, but it never happened. It was just boring. There was no "drive" or hook to keep me interested, and I eventually dropped the drama at episode 5.
If I compare this to my previous watch, To My Beloved Thief, there is no contest. That drama was perfect in every way, yet its rating is lower than Love Scout. I truly don’t understand how a masterpiece can be rated lower than a show this dull. It just goes to show that high ratings don't always mean high quality.
Final Verdict: Don't let the hype fool you. If you're looking for a story that actually respects your time and keeps you "glued to the screen," look elsewhere. This was a tedious experience that I couldn't wait to stop watching.

Strong performences, satisfying watch
This drama captivated me from the very beginning. The storyline is incredibly interesting, and since I absolutely loved Reborn Rich, I was excited for this one. I have to say, it's not quite as good as Reborn Rich, but it's still a great watch.I really enjoyed the soul-swap concept and watching the chairman try to save Choiseong. The acting was excellent across the board, and Jun Young did a fantastic job, especially in his role as the chairman. Our trio was definitely the best part of the drama—I loved their dynamic. The twins were also incredible. The performances were just spot on.
I was excited to watch each new episode and it kept me seated throughout. My only complaint is the final episode and the wrap-up—it suddenly felt rushed. The ending scene itself was great though.
Overall, it's a great drama with a solid mix of fun and revenge.
Verdict: A highly entertaining drama with a fresh concept and strong performances. Not quite on par with Reborn Rich, but well worth your time.

love Wei wei and Chi Chwng relationship...but producing could have been better.
When I watched the first episode, I wasn't sold. The dabbing is terrible, but after a while, you will get used to it. Also, the production and editing are not great. The way they change scenes... sometimes I was lost, like, "What just happened?" But despite that, I was totally in love with them. I was so excited for the new episode.I love how Wei Wei is slowly falling in love with Chi Cheng and their bridging. The storyline is great. And I am not surprised, as it's based on the novel of the autor Chai Ji Dan as the drama, Stay with Me, which is absolutely 100/10. To be honest, the Revenged love cannot compare to it in every aspect, maybe because they were on a tight budget and I think if the drama was produced in China, it would be much better quality, but I get that it could not have been because of the censorship.
The last episode felt very rushed, although I loved their moments together.

it is a dark drama but you will love it!
I bridged the drama over two days as I could not stop watching it. The cinematography and acting are amazing. To be honest, Jae Wook was born to play i daesang; it suits him perfectly. I love the storyline and how slowly we are getting to the truth. Not a single episode was boring. The chemistry between the leads is awesome! I love the bond Jae I and Hong Rang had. Their eyes speak for themselves. The fighting scenes were great as well. It was a real surprise to see the real villain, as he had my blood boiling every time he appeared. I will not say more to avoid spoilers.The OST is great, so fitting to the drama. It is not a typical drama; it is dark, and with each episode, there is more suffering, but it is a beautiful story of two people who try to protect each other. The last episode was very emotional.

A Boring Slog Carried by One Actor
While Pro Bono started as an easy watch, it quickly lost its spark. With each passing episode, the story became more boring, and I found myself losing interest entirely. By episode 6, I decided to drop it—I didn’t want to force myself to finish it just for the sake of completion.The "Carry" Factor I really liked the lead, Kang, but unfortunately, that was the only positive. He was truly carrying the entire drama on his back. The rest of the team was terrible and lacked any chemistry or charm. While the individual legal cases were somewhat interesting, they weren't strong enough to save the show from its flat characters and slow pace.
Comparison to a Superior Drama If you are looking for a better version of this genre, I highly recommend "Oh My Ghost Client." That drama had everything this one lacked: it was fast-paced, funny, and featured great teamwork and compelling cases.
Final Verdict: Unless you are a massive fan of the lead actor, this one isn't worth the time. It lacks the "drive" and team chemistry that makes a legal drama successful.

interesting storyline but poor execution...dropped
I went into Melancholia with high expectations. Lee Do-hyun is one of my favorite actors, and the premise—a mix of academic corruption, hidden motives, and a controversial teacher-student dynamic—sounded right up my alley. But despite my genuine respect for the cast, I just couldn't make it through.I actually put the drama on hold after the first episode. A year later, I came back determined to give it a fair shot. I managed to push through to episode five, but it was a real struggle. The episodes felt endlessly long—I kept checking the timer, hoping I was closer to the end than I actually was. That's never a good sign.
The acting is without question the highlight. Lee Do-hyun delivers a compelling performance, and the rest of the cast holds their own. But great acting alone can't carry a show when the pacing drags this much. The storyline itself is interesting on paper, but the execution just didn't work for me. Scenes felt stretched out, and the emotional beats didn't land because I was too busy waiting for something—anything—to happen.
I kept going because so many comments were overwhelmingly positive. People called it moving, poetic, even a masterpiece. I wanted to see what they saw. But after five episodes of constant clock-watching, I had to accept that this drama just isn't for me.
So yes—I'm officially dropping Melancholia. Talented cast, intriguing idea, but unfortunately, not worth the time investment for me.

Great first half, disappointing second
This drama took me by surprise—I was hooked from the very beginning. It offered a great blend of humour and mystery, and I quickly grew attached to the team. Watching them work together to solve cases was genuinely entertaining, and I appreciated getting glimpses into their backstories along the way.I didn't mind that it shifted to a thriller where they tried to catch a serial killer, but it just wasn't done well. Unfortunately, the drama lost its momentum around the halfway mark. I started skipping more and more scenes, and some plot points became downright ridiculous. It's a real shame because the first half was genuinely great.
Verdict: A strong start with a fun team dynamic and engaging cases, but loses its way in the second half. Worth watching for the first half alone, but temper your expectations for the rest.

Overrated and ove the top
Yet another overrated drama, in my opinion.The production values are solid, and the acting is decent. Eun Woo has clearly been working on his craft—his improvement is noticeable and appreciated. The premise is intriguing, and I was genuinely drawn in during the early episodes.
However, Chae Ni's character completely ruined the experience for me. She had her funny moments, but her behaviour was so exaggerated and loud that I ended up skipping large portions of her scenes—and her friends' scenes too. I couldn't take another round of shouting. A little restraint in characterisation would have gone a long way.
The superhero concept felt fresh at first, but ultimately, the drama didn't offer anything particularly memorable. I struggled to connect with most of the cast. For me Jeong—was the only likeable character as he felt grounded and human, a stark contrast to everyone else around him.
Verdict: Solid production and a promising start, but let down by exaggerated characters and a forgettable execution. Worth a look if you're curious about the cast, but don't expect to be blown away.

Great action drama- Rain steals the show
This season took a few episodes to find its footing. The beginning felt noticeably slow, and I wasn't sure where the story was headed. However, once the pacing picked up, I found myself completely hooked and couldn't stop watching.The boxing duo remains the heart of the series. Their dynamic is as strong as ever, and watching them fight to protect their loved ones carried real emotional weight. Rain, in particular, delivered an outstanding performance as the villain. He brought depth and charisma to the role, making his character both intimidating and compelling to watch.
The fight choreography deserves special mention — the action scenes were well-executed and genuinely exciting. Across the board, the cast performed admirably.
I also want to highlight Do Hwan, who continues to be one of my favorite actors. His ability to display complex emotions with subtlety and power is remarkable, and he added significant emotional layers to the story.
Be sure to watch both post-credit scenes — they are not to be missed.
The ending strongly hints at more to come, and I sincerely hope the production team announces a third season soon. I would love to see this team face another villain in the future.

Great idea, frustrating execution
The concept of Extracurricular is really interesting. But I'm seriously struggling to keep watching.The female lead is so annoying that I can barely stand her. I could overlook that if the male lead made up for it—but he doesn't. He's supposed to be the top student at school, smart and calculating. Yet he acts like a complete loser and can't solve the simplest problems that come up.
This drama makes me angry, but not in the satisfying way. It's just frustrating to watch. I don't think I can continue. I'm dropping it.

A Masterclass in Acting with a Divisive Finale
Dear X starts with a bang. The first half is a masterclass in cinematography and pacing—I couldn't look away. Kim Yoo Jung’s performance is haunting; she makes you pity her one moment and despise her the next as you realize the depth of her manipulation.The male characters were the heart of the show for me. I was rooting for them the whole way through, and the friendship between everyone was so well-done. Specifically, the bromance between Jun Seo and Kim Jae-young was a major highlight—their bond felt authentic and kept me grounded in the story.
Unfortunately, the drama couldn't maintain its initial momentum. While it stayed "good," it lost the "amazing" quality of the earlier episodes. The last few episodes felt like a bit of a mess, and the ending was quite a letdown. I was expecting a much more polished finale for a show that started with such promise.
Even though the ending ruined the experience slightly, the acting and the relationships made it a journey worth taking.

Average law drama
While this law drama has its moments, it's not without its faults. The cases are interesting and the workplace dynamics are engaging, especially the partnership between Seok Hun and Hyo Min. Their connection builds slowly and genuinely, which is one of the show's better points.For me, the real stars of the show were the second couple Jin U and MIn Jeong. Their story provided a refreshing mix of humor and heart, often stealing the spotlight.
Overall, the show is just okay. It doesn't quite live up to its full potential. The pacing can sometimes feel a little off, causing the narrative to lose momentum and making it easy to lose focus. If you're looking for a consistently excellent legal series, this one might not be it. In that respect, a drama like Good Partner might be a better fit.
The series wrapped up with a finale that left a clear opening for another season, so there's hope for more to come from these characters, though the overall quality remains a mixed bag.

nice drama that will make you cry and laugh
It is a nice watch. I really liked the ghost stories as they were very emotional. It is nice to see how Mi Jin changed working on the cases. Also, the team dynamics is great. I love the trio.To be honest, Mi Jun and Hui Ju would be better much than his wife. They had great chemistry together. For me, wife's character did not bring everything to the drama, quite the opposite, as the scenes in the last episode just left awkward. I like Gyeon U as he lightened the mood every time you see him.
It is a light drama that will make you cry and laugh, but you will not get stressed out as the good guys always win.

beautiful drama about amazing friendship
Beautiful, heartwarming drama. The drama kept my attention from the beginning to the end, and I couldn't stop watching it.I love the storyline, and Song Kang & In Hwan did a great job. I was tearful the whole drama. It's a beautiful story of Deok Chul and Chae Rok, whose lives changed by their encounters, and you will love their relationship. The most beautiful thing was Deok Chul's life advice. Also, it's nice to see how people around them changed for the better. It has a beautiful message that it is never too late to fulfill your dream.
The ending was just awesome.
