Tears will flow freely

My words after viewing: Heart wrenching, heart warming, heart felt. Every single actor starred. Joon-ho Huh led the way. His actions and acting created the context for the entire program. This Drama will without question emotionally move anyone who views it. Korean entertainment addresses the subject of the afterlife better than anyone. I really admire the sensitivity that this subject matter receives. The way the circumstances of each character is portrayed engulfs you in emotion. You really feel like you are a part of the process.

Great concept

I started watching this program because I think the concept of elite athletes from different sports joining together to play a different sport they love is so interesting. Once you get into it you're hooked! This could never happen in the USA because the coaches of these athlete's and their sponsors would never allow it. They would be so afraid they might get hurt. This fact alone makes this series really interesting. The fact that these guys are willing to risk getting hurt to play a sport they really want to play. On the down side, the head coaches, while famous in their own right, are not entertaining nor do they seem to be really working to improve the individuals on the team. The end result is they are getting their butts and their egos kicked by better organized teams. I would love to see episodes where the coaches actually train the players in need of improvement on a one on one basis. Start with the goalies. These guys have no experience in this sport and to see them struggle week in and week out without improvement. It's as frustrating for the viewer as it is for the player. Coaches need to take responsibility for improving these great athletes. I'll keep watching and hoping that happens!
