Do they also release it elsewhere i.e. not available in mainland China but available in Taiwan , Macau, Hong Kong & other countries.

Genuine question, please don’t come for me. I thought due to censorship guidelines mainland China doesn’t produce overt BLs. Did the laws change or the production found a loophole?
