Chinese dramas Simp male leads are on another level. The thing is after enough begging they eventually get the girl. Way to start a very toxic relationship where one makes all the efforts all the time for a little attention and " love"

I don't get why dramas now victimize mistresses. They're often cast as "victims" of affairs when both are guilty, yet only the husband is the villain by the end.... Often, young women actively pursue married men for money, but dramas still portray them as victims of the relationship the moment the relationship starts to fail...we all know where the story is going with 2FL.

I think everyone forgets that Miyu’s ex-husband, not her, supported her family for 10+ years! She hated their constant begging, so imagine how he felt! He didn’t deserve such a bad ending with cancer... they always make ex-husbands evil caricatures...tired plot

He's her boss, he doesnt need to tell her anything. Plus, he clearly told her that she will be targetted if she does the event, she didnt listen and said she can do it herself, she than proceed to make plan without his envolvement. Just as he predictated she was targetted, if he had told her.. they might have found out, she's eazily manipulated.

Exactly, we can blame the ex-husband for cheating but from what we've known she had no career and 100% was dependent financially on her husband so it was him helping and supporting financially his in-laws for over 10 years!!

She should have at a minimum tell him before making a decision. He has supported her career and would have not stopped her pursuing school. If you have a BF/GF and he makes a decsion of going abroad without telling you before hand... good luck on your relationship!

She almost kissed him like a "friend or father''? Then vacationed with with him as client? Later apologizing for emotionally using him...what for? She even literally tells him, "If I had met you before." In Korean Dramas, they call this "sseom.

Her previous drama of the Japanese and Korean remake '' Why Is He Still Single? '' was wayyy better.

The problem isn't that she’s 'on and off' with the ML; it’s that she’s literally kissing him in the morning and dating the SML that same afternoon. For someone who claims to not want a relationship, she’s sure playing both sides.

Honestly, Miyu is absolutely not worth the headache. She’s so hyper-focused on her career that any relationship is always going to be an afterthought at this point in her life, and no one should have to put up with that much drama. She;s received a lot from their relationship but doesnt seem to care about him in a personal matter. She has zero respect for his devotion, gets mad over nothing, and always assumes the absolute worst of him, goes hot and cold at a moment notice; being with someone that toxic would be straight-up exhausting. Plus, her career growth is a joke. Getting promoted that fast in a hotel industry without a degree in Hospitality Managemen or years of experience and grinding just doesn't happen in the real world, no matter how "good" you are (in less than a year!!) . Male lead should run and never look back or for once have a ML with a backbone to not take FL attitude and always grovel for a relationship or pinning forever as if he didnt have a life or ambitions outside of FL. Dramaworld need to stop writting these these spineless type MLs.
