She didn't make a breakthrough like other actress because in fof she has no CP & In Glory the CP was not a popular actor. She receive positive reviews on light of dawn but the story was not that good.
The problem is not with xiao xiao. The drama industry of china is very competitive there were many new faces who gained rise in their prime. I really want to see her in a lead role like others popular actors she will be equal footing with male lead.

I think it is better than guest roles .This year she finally going to film a drama. She has to breakthrough a role before getting a female role. Just like Kong X, lui xening, lu yuxiao & chen duling so the fans will support her unconditionally. In previous roles she receives a huge praise on her acting and finally changed the opinion of her no emotion look.

I haven't seen her in last episodes of drama Glory. But her side story was missing from young rong yunxi. I hope if glory had a S2 she will play main character like Perfect match.

Secondly lu Jiang lai has to deceive the FL in First Season but he didn't.Female lead is not belong to ordinary background.
Third writer made a mess of ML character when he got the power but he is powerless. Just because he wants to solve a case of wei family whole drama is wasted on this wei clan. If he was Wei yao and wants justice then this point will be justified but he didn't.
Lastly Second sister is already married.so she is not going to get a new young master in SS.fourth/fifth sister is back on the track. & All the rivals of ML are already dismissed.
