i dont think that he had realized who mudeok was at the time
The thing is, Yul realized MD is Naksu one episode prior. If you'd like to check it's episode 7, when he finds out (it is after MD is trapped in the mirror in Jinyowon and appears to Yul and CP as illusion) And the healing happens in episode 8.

When he treated her wound, he already knew. It was that scene when everyone were looking for the soul-shifter and sapsali was barking, and MD was running from the sapsali and everyone else through the woods, and then Yul cast a spell and injured MD and she fell on the ground.
so therefore jang gang is the legitimate father of jang uk, and the theory of buyeon 2.0's child whould bear Jin's…
I don't know why these two apparent same thing was treated so differently in the story. For me same rules should have been applied to both cases. So they better choose is either one thing or the other. For a normal human, the reproduction and DNA is passed through the physical entity and not soul. But if in Daeho this does not apply, they should have stated what applies and not offering both ways, and making us all confused.
Seo Yul promised Naksu he might kill her next time, after he saved and healed her from the soul shifter wound in season 1. So I am not surprised he's taking this route. At the end of the day, he still thinks she's a potential threat to his friends and Daeho in general. He wants to right his wrongs. And this is his character. He did not change from who he was in part 1. He still has the same beliefs. But this doesn't mean this route isn't breaking his heart as well.
Jang Gang should have returned and killed Jin Mu and corrected his wrongdoings, not waste his potential on drinking in exile and then harakiri himself to wash away his guilt and self pity. What a wonderful character he could have been. I just can't move on.
Edit: The only thing that his death has done is to avoid Jang Uk from being exiled. Wasn't there this rule in s1? If a mage is caught practicing sorcery, he and his children would be exiled from Daeho forever. So Jang Gang once again denied that Uk is his child and killed himself.
I think episode 6 is my most watched AOS episode so far. Watched as it was released 4 times in a row, then re-watched together with ep 5, and yesterday re-watched all the episodes from part 2. Today I've already re-watched ep 6 another 3 times. Happy work is not demanding this week and I can relax while watching AOS.
Yay 🥰🔮🥳💃🏽 let me know if you discover anything I may have missed😂
I wish I could remember the whole dream with all details, anyways I tried to convey the important points at least. I should contact hong sisters to give them inspiration for a possible AOS spin off. Haha
My thought was he was resolute on quitting the responsabilities being born under King's star and being the child…
Another take on this would be that he no longer wants to remove the ice stone, therefore not giving up on his life, instead using his current power to right the wrongs.
Unpopular opinion: This weeks' eps made me happy they still don't know who she is cause otherwise we would've…
I enjoyed all episodes so far. And the childish jealousy from Uk's side was so endearing <3 hahaha Reminded me of s1 when he asked MD to only address him with affection, and not to cheat on him with another student (back when they were in Danhyanggok training for UK vs CP duel). lol
About the bamboo forest scene- Jang UK says that he heard this line-' Its better to die than to do nothing' many…
My thought was he was resolute on quitting the responsabilities being born under King's star and being the child of ex-King. He wanted nothing to do with royal family, nor getting involved in saving the world. His other way might involve BY's help. Although we never know with Uk, his mind is brilliant. He kept his distance from anything related to what happened in 1st season. He did not act on his revenge thoughts for Park Jin's sake. Maybe he's now concocting a plan how to dispose of Jin Mu and his organization in a way which would not risk his loved ones.
Remember when he last met CP and CP said the King wants to make him a general and move him to the North Fortress. And Uk's reaction was as if he didn't care and also told CP that he has no one he cares for or protect (smth along this lines). This statement is no longer valid, as he's starting to care for BY, thus saving the world maybe wasn't his interest before, but now if the world is in danger, his loved one is in danger. Also he knows very well that behind all this is Jin Mu, and how it went the last time around. He lost his life and the love of his life at Jin Mu's hands. Thus he has all the reasons to stop all the evil doings and not allow Jin Mu's plans to come to fruition. If allowed Jin Mu would hypotetically get his hands on a new ice stone and potentially gaining powers similar to Uk's (although I really don't think Jin Mu would be able to possess and manipulate the ice stone), regardless this is his intention.
Sorry for my unorganized thoughts. I try to express smth and then smth else comes to mind.
