what if she lifts the Husheng spell only to find that Jinzaho doesn't love her?
Husheng Spell is not real. it's a lie.

Today's episode was seriously impressive, especially with those kickass fight scenes. Loved how they flipped the script on the whole "male lead always saving the day" thing. Yue Qi totally owned it, showing off her strength and protecting everyone.

What's cool is they're breaking away from the usual hero narrative. Yue Qi might just be the powerhouse of the group, challenging those gender roles in storytelling. Props to the writers for giving us such a badass female character.

And let's talk about Jin Zhao's mystery – total game-changer. Can't wait to find out if he's on the same level as Yue Qi or maybe even her equal in strength. The unpredictability and all the character dynamics make it a standout. Seriously pumped to see where the story goes from here!

This series totally deserves the hype!

I'm a bit puzzled by the lower ratings because, from my perspective, everything in the series has been great so far. Did we watch the same series? The story, characters, and overall execution have been impressive, and I haven't encountered any major issues. With only 8 episodes out, I believe it deserves a rating of at least 8.5. It's exceeding my expectations, and I'm genuinely enjoying it. I wonder what might be leading to those lower ratings because, for me, it's been a positive experience.

Getting through this series is like untangling a web—it's complex and layered. If you're drawn to intense and weighty drama, it's likely to grab your attention. I can relate to some of it, coming from a messed-up family, but I don't get why the girl puts up with the guy's crap just to get forgiven. Even though it's a bit messy, I'd still say it's worth checking out. The emotional scenes really hit you in the feels, making all the drama totally worth it.

I get where the guy's coming from to some extent, but what he does is just too much—it's seriously messed up. Even though it seems like the girl is putting up with his nonsense, when you find out it's because of her mom being the reason for the guy's revenge and her just being there making it worse, it kinda clicks. But seriously, who'd put up with that much drama in real life?

The girl, emotionally, is tough as nails for dealing with all that, but honestly, I believe the best move for both of them is to go their separate ways. It's a resolution that gives her credit for her strength and allows them both to move on from all the mess and drama. The female lead shouldn't go back to the male lead; he was a red flag from the start, and it stayed that way almost throughout the entire series.

I was recommended to watch this drama after finishing 'Night has come.' It mentioned to have a darker theme, and I'm quite curious about it. I don't mind spoilers, so could you share some details? Specifically:

1. How is the plot?
2. Is there a romance element?
3. How does the story conclude in the ending?"

I truly enjoyed 'Night Has Come,' and the intense storyline had me captivated throughout. Having also completed 'All of Us Are Dead' (AOUAD) and 'Duty After School' (DAS), both of which I loved, I'm now on the lookout for another series with a similar engaging and thrilling atmosphere. If you have any recommendations that match these elements, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your suggestions!

Ahn Jiho (who played Dabeom) was the most impressive actor in this for me. for someone who has primarily only…
Yeah, I don't understand why some criticize her acting; she's still young. I really liked her crying scene when she broke down in episode 11 upon discovering the truth about her best friend.

I had theories, but none of them turned out to be right. In general, the ending was not predictable, especially considering the writer intended for us to believe in the ghost element from the start.

I think the decision to end the story that way was intentional from the beginning. If we remember Yoon Seo's dreams at the start, where she is the only one who survived the game, it suggests that they were always meant to be stuck in a game or time loop. While I'm not sure how I feel about it, it's clear that the writers had a specific vision from the start. Overall, it was a decent watch, though not the best.

My theories Yoonseo is dreaming everything and when she "dies" she will wake up and be on the bus like the beginning,…
I wouldn't even be surprised if the writers give it a Final Destination vibe, and then Yoon Seo wake up and prevents it from happening! Hahaha.

After watching episode 11, it's clear that Yoon Seo is the smart one on the citizen team, and Jung Won is the strategic mind on the mafia team. They're best friends, but they're on opposite sides. Yoon Seo almost caught Da Beom if it weren't for Jung Won's diverting tactics. It's interesting to think that if Jung Won wasn't in the mafia team, they wouldn't be able to outsmart Yoon Seo. It's like a game of wits between them because they're both really smart, even though they're best friends on different teams. Additionally, it's evident that the mafias in the show often rely on the stupidity of others to get away with their killings.
