Lol, I have been to Japan once and quickly got used to bowing to each and everyone. Then 2 1/2 years ago I started to watch J-dramas for the first time and now I bow to people who stop their cars to let me cross the street. It must look ridiculus but it feels like a good gesture. Besides that japanese word fly out of my mouth pretty often and I have started to eat Ramen a lot. :)
I pretty often also think thoughts like: We should really start to bow to each other here in Sweden and be a little more modest than we are.
For me, a day without a good Japanese drama is not a completed day.
