Don't trust anyone.

Dubbed naive because of her trusting nature. Nam da jung becomes a participant on 'The lying game', hosted by Kang do yeong.

The lying game is a cruel game where players are pitted against each other. The name of the game is to lie and manipulate, anything but violence goes.

Whilst trying to help a confused and ignored lady cross the street. Nam da jung was left quite literally holding the bag.. full of money, her stake in the game.

In her first game nam da jung loses her money by willingly handing it over for safekeeping to a another player, her former teacher who she trusted. Seeking help she asks Ha woo jin. A man just released from prison and known as the human lie detector. He eventually agrees to help her because her trusting nature reminds him of his mother.

Liked-
The story, casting and psychological aspect of this drama. The interactions between the three leads.

Disliked-
Some of the games seemed hard to follow at times. The ending scene.

My favourite game of the series was the fifth round episodes 9 and 10 called ' the smuggling game' The remaining familiar players, split into two separate nations. To smuggle money past the inspector- Kang do yeong. Best scene in that game was Nam da Jung's action in response to the host's cruel taunts and the scene that directly followed.

The series is enjoyable enough to watch. Having not seen the original Japanese version i can't compare on after the ending. But i would have liked to see where it continued.
