I feel the same. I also saw the trailer for episode 5. I only say emotions. I'm still waiting for the announced (trailer) action. Normally all episodes are out with eng sub, when i watch a drama. I'm not used to waiting weeks for the climax.
I should actually name a Bollywood film, but since India isn't here yet, I'll take the next one.

I saw a youtube video in which Bollywood music was mixed with video excerpts from this drama. -Love? agree with Maeionic. but it's not that I'm uncomfortable, it's more that the whole atmosphere isn't that nice because of it. They overlook the fact that a romantic atmosphere or sexual sparkle can add a lot to a film or series. For me this is more important than a sex scene. When I saw the video, I was particularly captivated by the romantically sweet scenes between the main lead couple. And Neko opened a whole new world for me.
k-dramas came much later for me and they are different in many ways. And Bollywood has changed for the worse.
