Does anyone have any idea of when the sequel will be released? I want to watch this so badly but I know I'll get impatient....so I was planning to watch it all together with the release of the sequel

As for MDL, I found that the ratings for kdramas are pretty accurate (95% accurate) while cdramas are mostly inaccurate...hence for cdramas, I refer douban.
Oh really? Idk, but I found it hell interesting from episode 5...like the ML is so intelligent oh my god! I think you should really give it a try cus you know high ratings in both douban and MDL means it's really something worth giving a try (the only disappointment you can get will be from romance area...but not any other parts)

Yes I'm not talking about mdl rating but douban rating (mdl rating is quite unreliable sometimes)

If you are a die hard romance fan then you'd find it boring for sure....one must be prepared for excellent court politics, mind blowing plot twists, good action and no romance (tho there is a slight romance but it definitely isn't the main part of the story) while watching NIF. You can just know how good it is by comparing the ratings in douban- NIF has a rating of 9.4 while JOL has a rating of 7.9 (JOL used to be highly rated too when it was airing but the ratings dropped cus I've heard that the story went slightly downhill at the later parts. NIF was so popular in China that it was also called "GOT of China" in Weibo

I've watched first 10 episodes of go ahead and I thought it'd be my most fav drama ever (with great dads and all) but then both the boys fell for the girl..and I got a bit disappointed cus I was actually looking at them as siblings, so I dropped it after that....but since you're saying it's good, I guess i'll pick it up again lol
And I've seen Love is sweet and it's very good...the storyline is refreshing...and Luo Yunxi and Bai Lu are always great
As for the day of becoming you and falling into your smile...I've not seem them yet (falling into your smile has a very low rating on douban so I was not planning to watch it...but is it really good?)
and me too!!! I couldn't get into you're my glory...the only thing I enjoyed about it was the production quality and eye candy leads
