Moth using Dean to reject Pun is so interesting. I was worried about Moth getting played by Dean, but it seems…
Generally speaking, right now one is taking advantage of the other and vice versa, but in the other pair, we have two who are all over each other. Punna is all over Punn Moth, so maybe something will come of it—though one thing that irritates me is Dean, who’s slept with almost the entire club, and who knows how many more.

Don't expect anything too crazy, after all this is GMMTV-
We'll see—there will be 10 episodes. Besides GMM, there's also that other channel, and they have shows like *Flower Boy*, *Love in the Moonlight*, and *Mr. Kill*, and these are the kinds of shows that tend to be good, at least for the most part.

I have to be honest. I'm not feeling this show. I think the problem is that Dean and Moth are not well written…
I'd say that, for now, Dean has the best chance of becoming a red flag—he's been through the whole club, and he has that vibe of someone who's a yellow or red flag.

That last scene from the trailer—oh my, if that's how most of the drama is going to be (first a kiss, then a cooling-off period)—we poor souls are going to be worn out.

honestly i did not think i was gonna love this that much.. holy shit 😭 William played the play boy role SO…
I agree, although I don't really like that Moth falls for Dean's charms so easily. I was hoping Dean would have to work a little harder—after all, he picks up others so easily that he's already slept with everyone in that club, so he deserves to have to work a little harder.

I think Moth already by the end of episode realizes already about his friend crushing on him and he doesn't look…
I think so too. I think that's why he called to set up the meeting—Moth will probably try to use Dean to get Punn to back off and find someone else, because he can't just cut him off—he doesn't want to lose his only friend.

I like this new Mok character (yeah, I know it’s a different actor, but it’s hard to switch over). Anyway, And I really like the opening song; another song I like from the current releases is the one from “Don’t Be So Emotional.”

Seriously the lost memory trope ?! I'm tired 😭😭
This trend of cramming amnesia subplots into practically every drama that features an accident, a coma, or a blow to the head is getting really, really tiresome. It's as if it were impossible to pursue such stroylines or mend relationships without amnesia

Seriously, the amnesia plotline again? It's just so exhausting—really, after everything they've already been through in the episodes, amnesia is the last thing we needed here.

You know, I have this—maybe silly—theory, but maybe Kophfa’s bracelet and Rin’s necklace are connected. In the hugging scene, at one point, it looks like a close-up of the bracelet, and Rin’s necklace is a dreamcatcher, but without the center . Who knows, maybe these two items are some kind of set.

Poor Kophfa—he really is unlucky. Not only does he clearly have some kind of trauma, but he’s also been cursed. By the way, I’m really curious who this person is who’s giving Rin advice in this chat. And now I'm really curious about what this Rin pendant is all about

I'm not surprised by the fool and lack of logic in this episode—there are only two episodes left, and knowing how these stories usually go, that means they'll now cram everything into the last two episodes to wrap everything up and explain it all —in short, the final episodes= rushing toward the ending.

That's my little take on it—so it goes something like this: the creators wanted to make a ghost story, but apparently changed their minds halfway through and decided to make a typical story about relatives fighting over the CEO seat at a big company. And that's how we ended up with what we ended up with, and at least that's how it looks

I agree. For me, it felt like 2 different dramas. Episodes 1-7 were cute, goofy and spooky with a little negative…
I feel exactly the same way—it’s like a mix of all these different dramas rolled into one. Episodes 1–7 were a supernatural rom-com, which I liked, episodes 8–12 were a romance revolving around corporate succession, plus a crime story—it was as if the writers themselves didn’t know which direction to go, so they created a drama that combines all four themes: romance, supernatural, succession, and mystery—all mixed with comedy, which just made it all too much.

I said this before and I'll say it again, this is how Kdrama was a decade ago: focus on one genre. The last 5…
As far as drama go, I have a slightly different opinion, but I agree that there’s a lot of chaos in dramas these days—plots and genres get mixed up, subplots become just as important as the main ones, and so on. This is most common in historical dramas, but I’m seeing it more and more often in those set in the present day as well. In *Spooky Love*, the combination of ghosts and romance still worked, but in my opinion, mixing supernatural storylines with corporate succession plots—which already have plenty of intricate elements on their own— attempted takeovers, getting rid of rivals, and so on. That’s already a bit of a stretch, because there’s simply too much of all that in a single drama.

This Kdrama was too ambitious. It tried to be too many things at once, so it didn't do any one thing particularly…
I agree that they should have focused on one or two storylines—either Min-hwan as a rival or a villain; ghosts or Reina’s takeover; and the ghost incidents, whether in a comedic or serious version—but instead of choosing, they crammed a little bit of everything in here, which is why the episodes simply became chaotic over time. Still, the drama was enjoyable to watch, but the plot was poorly organized.

The ending was okay—everything got cleared up, and everyone got what they deserved. I feel sorry for Jin-hwan’s mother because she lost both her sons. Also, I really think the writers could have focused more on the supernatural storyline intertwined with romance and less on the whole Min -hwan and the battles over the company takeover. Besides, I agree that Jin-hwan—even though it all started with him—really got so little screen time, even as a ghost.

So, I guess this is a title that was added to the August lineup at the last minute, because I don’t know about you, but when I was making my list of August releases, I didn’t see this one—I only spotted it today. But man, we’re getting Rome and Mok as the main couple—though the downside is that even though it’ll be Dean and Moth, it won’t be easy to switch from Rome and Mok to them.
