What happened between ML and his friend?

I had the same reactions as u did, lols

I was thinking the same. Wondering whether it's the same person from the 90's story who came to her world, and at that point she didn't recognize him bcz she is yet to meet him in 90's story

For me, from ep 3 onwards I start to like this drama. It's nice to have back to back CXX and happy to see Kido Ma here too.

I have also been always thinking the same. The king cannot be that simple. He surely is playing a long game. I think he wants ML and other family away from him to protect him/them and he really cares for his lil brother and his queen and ML's mom too.

Kinda have a feeling maybe 2 or more people are involved in the murder and attempted murder. Anyways can't wait for the last 2 eps.

I have the same thoughts as you. Maybe someone wanted ML dead but ended up mistakenly killing the other.
