can u explain the context of the amnesia plot a bit?

he doesn't feel any remorse for causing her death even after realizing she knew it too and kept causing trouble for the fl in current life in the name of protecting her. i literally wanted to strangle him everytime he kept saying - "I'm doing this for you, your highness."

same for me.. i had to put it on hold after ep 18... i might pick it up if i really can't find anything to watch

Also PWX was right.. since SRQ had also time traveled he could have easily taken her side and handled Li Chuan likewise to make him a wise ruler with LR. but no!! u wanted to be an idiot so face the consequences now!!!

There's one dialogue SRQ said where i really wanted to smack him straight to hell in ep 40 while he was fighting with PWX

I had honestly thought that since the FL realized in the 1st few eps that SRQ was the one behind that fragrant poison thing, she n ML wud totally team up against him, n yet even after 30 eps she's still unsure. WTH girl!!!

i agree with most of what u said. i mean they're making him so inconsistent. one way he said i wont hurt u princess next min he's scheming against her. then their romance etc etc and li rong's initial indecisiveness against him in the beginning and what not... i have no idea what the hell the directors want to show about his character anymore

i think it was bcz Li chuan adored her a lot and let her take the surname Li

i absolutely loved Zhang Linghe in his prev dramas esp SOKP... but for this one even i can't pin point myself why i'm disliking this one.

I read in the novel discussion that LR n PWX's daughter was made crown princess after LC abdicated n LR ascended as Empress... The daughter's name was Li Xi... close enough to Li Xin... maybe they changed her gender n name....

I put this drama on hold so that i can watch it altogether when all eps r released without tension but i still come here everyday to read SRQ being cursed at... it srsly soothes my mind so much!!
