But in drama prolly bcz of some sensor issue they made it look like normal relation with toxic things. But when you read novel, it never felt to me that he was toxic as he was doing more than a FWB partner should do. He was so invested in her and indirectly helped her a lot to grow. On the other hand in drama if they start with normal relation, they'll make ML toxic as he is doing everything as bf. So he needs to give clarity to the FL.
