This fandom tends to be very alert when it comes to assumptions because Esther Yu has received a lot of unnecessary hate over the years, so people can be protective and react quickly when they feel conclusions are being drawn without enough information. I honestly think this was just a misunderstanding plus I’m also a fan and trust me this fandom ain’t toxic they only retaliate when others are coming for their Esther yu.

think your comment was misunderstood, but I also think you’re making some assumptions yourself. It feels like you’re viewing the discussion through the lens of previous fandom arguments, when that may not be the case here. It’s probably better to say some fans misunderstood your point rather than labeling them as toxic. Not every disagreement comes from bad intentions. Yes I get your point but let’s not forget that the first rumor of heyu and Esther has being going on fr months before the second and I believe the chances of the first one being true is high. But regardless we’ll know once they announce it

You’re right, they’re really not letting him breathe Being a celebrity is honestly a lot. He’s just out there minding his business, doing his thing and making progress for himself, but people keep coming for him for no reason. I honestly feel so bad for both of them. And Esther is such a sweet girl, she really doesn’t deserve this. I just hope he stays strong and keeps doing what he loves—he deserves all the success coming his way
