This is such a funny and feel-good series which also have strikingly handsome Pond and overall pretty picture. I love little nuances like glances and sarcastic quips. I hope they keep this wonderful job till the end π€π€π€
The show does have a few things which could use more explanation and build up, and yes sometimes the POV sort of jumps unexpectedly, but this is probably the most unique K-drama. It has true crime and fantasy elements and I don't understand why some are saying the ending is rushed or weird - it's good and makes all the sense and actually explains a lot. I see it as a metaphorical exploration of the topic of sexual freedom and cheating. Is it that wrong to have many sex partners? Is having none right? Do you really have to love someone to have sex with them? Does our relationship with people who passed away really vanish to zero? Is it easier to forget a lover if they are dead? Will it be easier to forget someone who cheated if they are dead? I think that series answer this very clearly and the answer is no. And the way they show that people just don't talk about certain topics (like grandfather situation) is very wrong thing to do, but very realistic, because what is there to be done? Get therapy. Everyone needs therapy and doesn't get enough of it. Hence the supernatural aspect of this. One comment I read and lost, but I really agree with tho - the police is so pathetically worthless at what they do in the series it's unbelievable! Also not entirely unrealistic. This show is solid 8 out of 10, but you have to have some life experience to really get some of the aspects.
What a brilliantly multilayered twisted story! Every character is complicated and very human. I kinda hated the crazy rapist and surprised this is forgiven, but that is also part of the story and character build up - to not become a victim, not forgive and forget, but rise up and live further. Also obsessed with stormglass, I really want one
My only regret is that there is only one episode today, because I wouldn't have stopped until I binge watched the whole series - it's a very good first episode, very well made and interesting. I can't wait for the next one, very very hooked on this.
I am sorry to all the fans, I really found these series super boring and could only ever finish it because I am struggling from severe insomnia, and these series helped me sleep.
One thing I didn't understand how are two brothers in the same dormitory and same year, don't they have age difference?
Young Seo ha said he is a reincarnation of a turtle is actually his memories when he's even younger when he go…
Why would I finish something if I already hate it at this point? To write even more negative comments about it? I watched enough dramas to know that if it's not good at certain point it will not get better. The fact that a 1000 year old woman is in love with a child is creepy and unrealistic and no amount of episodes can change that lol.

To many people commenting how childish and infantile the FL is - 99% of Asian dramas have female leads that way, at least here it makes sense since the girl lived super sheltered life till she was 26, and now finally she is trying to grow up and be independent adult person, that's like her goal since ep 1 and she is moving towards it. Plus have you seen her art and bentos and even to get into that kimono?? She is super capable in my opinion.
