Yes...that letter was a bit hard to chew for me. I meant, it is hard to believe XL still loved YBC after everything. If he does, why? Or maybe yes, sometimes there is no reason why we love someone. But his action...yes, when he got the letter, he tried to save YBC. But that's all. He didn't even try afterwards. He was not sad, desperate, angry, demanding explanation etc when he found out about YBC...I mean, even TTJ went mad when he thought YXW loved XL....I don't know...I feel, they are lack of emotion if their feeling is really love...

Yeah, exactly...his feeling is the only one I can hardly understand in this drama. I mean, YQY's ability to move on and focus on building the country after PR's death is understandable. But XL's behavior towards YBC...I think that was really love thread's magic...it is definitely not love. Or maybe in fact, XL doesn't understand love...he didn't get to go through the process TTJ went through to really understand what love is...

Yeah, I mean both are not perfect...in fact, both are very human! Many of their choices or feelings are so human and realistic. In fact, the only feeling which I think is not realistic in real life (but common in xianxia) is Xiaolin's. Until now, I still don't understand XL's feeling towards YBC. I am not convinced that he actually loved her. He didn't seem or act hurt after losing her, he just blindly loved her regardless...I mean, if you love someone, you will naturally be mad or disappointed and sometimes emotionally say or do stupid things...because you take it personally. But XL towards YBC is more like an act of service, an obligation...a courtesy loyalty...I just, can't understand that part...
