I kinda like SPL, the wordings, the style suit me...but I am still early though...just entering the main plot...so far, I am liking it...although just like you, I still haven't sensed the deep feeling between the two mainleads...hehe

Yes at the beginning in that village...but later when they moved to Capital...Gu Yun did play a role as a father...the way he treated him changed etc...and there was this part where Chang Geng had an 'inappropriate' dream about Gu Yun, the chapter didn't specify what 'inappropriate' was...but it seemed to be the turning point where Chang geng got easily embarrassed etc around GuYun... Was that the point Chang Geng having a different feeling for GuYun?
