That's indeed a very beautiful one!

Mine would be "Whether he's willing is his business, but whether we act on it is our business".
Basically it was said by a random water merchant in one of TGCF chapters...where people can be saved from death as long as they kill one person. And this one person is indeed willing to be sacrificed and people are already getting ready to kill him together...but then this water merchant said above sentence...
*I put it that way so I don't have to use spoiler...but people who have read TGCF will understand :)
