I will respectfully disagree with you. The PUBLIC has no need or right to hear a private issue between two partners. Victim blaming…spare me. I was cheated on for 15 years and left. I never told anyone what went on between me and him - it’s no one else’s business. I certainly wouldn’t go public to the world. Do you post everything on Social Media about your life? Would you like it if your partner did? What he did was scummy. Her announcing it publicly was scummy. They both need to work on themselves. Neither is perfect, and neither are we.

I don’t look up to anyone because everyone is flawed. I never said I was okay with cheating - my ex cheated on me the whole time we were married. I stayed for 15 years hoping he’d change until I had enough and left but I didn’t to announce it to the whole world, my family, or his. Why would I? It’s no one else’s business except mine and his. It has nothing to do with his job or mine. Just like this guy - what he did doesn’t affect his job - and obviously he is doing a good job because everyone loves his scenes. If you are being greatly influenced by a public figure then maybe you should ask yourself why. “We just EXPECT them not to be really bad people…” this sentence contradicts what you said right before it - you ARE asking celebrities to be perfect if you are expecting them not to be bad. No one can hold up to public opinion because public opinion is a “holier than thou” attitude.

But it is a job. That’s their work so that’s their job. Just because their job is to be publicly known doesn’t give us the right to know about their private life nor deny them one. I don’t believe they are all innocent and pure - no one is - not me, not you. We all have done things we don’t want others to know. There isn’t a single person that is perfect so when these actors and idols have partners that announce to the world this kind of stuff - it really is sickening to me. Keep your private life private. If he was abusing her physically and breaking the law then she should go to the police - but cheating doesn’t break a law - it’s just a scummy thing to do in a relationship. She should act like an adult and deal with this with him privately. Taking revenge publicly is a scummy thing to do as well.

Oh Lord, you are soooooooo off of it. She’s not condoning the cheating and neither am I but you don’t to announce to the world that your partner is a horrible partner. Why do you need to revenge for that? That’s childish. Be an adult and deal with it as an adult. If your partner cheated on you, would you go to their work place and announce it to his boss and all,his co-workers? If you do then you are a horrible person. Keep it private - no,one wants to know your private life unless he is beating you - then tell the police. No one is perfect. No one. Everyone has made mistakes. Everyone - including you. So don’t sound so sanctimonious.

Ahhh you are asking if we know all the details to judge her…but you are doing the same to him. You don’t know what went on in their 6 year relationship either. None of us do and we don’t need to know. It’s none of our business. She should be an adult and talk about this to him privately instead of telling the whole world. Oh please. I was cheated on multiple times by my ex. I put up with it for 15 years hoping he’d change. I finally had enough and left. Therapy is not needed. People cheat. I can’t control what he did but I can move on. Don’t make it seem like he beat her - that’s different - I went through that with an ex when I was younger. Stop over-dramatizing it. In a relationship there are always two sides to a story - we’ve on heard hers and for her to announce it publicly tells me a lot of about her character.

He didn’t deny the cheating but he denied going out and says he had documented proof. I’ll believe him. The whole cancel culture is just toxic. His private life is none of our business. If you cheated and your partner went to your work to complain to your boss, would you get fired? No, you wouldn’t. It’s none of our business and partners who publicly announce this crap really are no better. Be mature and go fix it privately. If she really wanted an apology then she should have went to him in private and talked about it instead of telling the whole world their private problems. I feel bad for South Korean actors and idols - they have no room to breathe or just be human. We ALL have made mistakes and have skeletons in our closets. The hypocrisy is disgusting.

Tbh I don’t understand the negativity. I’m really enjoying this drama. It’s fantasy - to me it gives off Harry Potter type vibes.

Flourish in Time was sooooooooo good! I had a hard time watching anything for several days after finishing that one. Someone said I had a drama hangover from it - it was so good that everything else paled in comparison - I believe that was correct. Lol
