Things that were shown in 2028 could have been shown in the 2025 timeline too. Showing their daughter in 2025 wouldn't be a bad idea, as that would already be 10 years into their marriage! 2028 seemed too draggy!

Do Chinese writers think that just killing a villain would give justice to their crimes? Yes, we want them to die, but we also want to have them feel the pain before they die! Like they killed Fan, but wouldn't it have been better if they had killed her in front of her father, who just turned into a villain just to be a governor! Her father (Qian Yue) should have witnessed what was brought by his greed.
