Exactly!! Totally agree! We got a very good bl and the community was really friendly too. Discussing and sharing our thoughts was really fun and made waiting for new eps easier. It was nice abd comforting to see people sharing similar thoughts and it was interesting to see someone with a different opinion and start a new discussion.
When I watched the trailer of this series I decided to watch it to pass some time and relleve stress. The first episodes were cute and pleasant to watch as expected, but the more the series progressed the more invested I was to the point that I got extremely attached to the characters. This series was beyond my expectations and turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. I like how it is different from the usual bls that we have gotten used to. It feels more like a usual teen romance drama but with LGBTQ characters instead. That was really refreshing and nice to witness. That is why I consider it on par with straight romances as it should be cause bl series are also romance yet they got their own tropes and their own category. This drama broke that stereotype and we were given just a romance series. I wish for more series like this one in the future. And despite the fact that the plot follows the usual formula of teen romance dramas it still managed to keep us on our toes every time, make us analyze everything and come up with various theories for the upcoming episodes. Clichés can be really good if they are handled well. The characters here and the plot were really well written. The writers and directors really know how to play with our emotions and still satisfy us in the end.
I will miss this comment section here cause it added to the whole experience of watching the series and made it even more fun and easier to wait for the new eps.
Now that the series is over my life has no meaning. I wasn't expecting to get this attached to this series when I started but here I am being all emotional. I am not ready to bid farewell to the bois.
