I do agree that vegas has a chance for a better life now since he was always forced into that mafial world and it was the only thing he knew. Now he has a chance to discover more thingsa bout himself, but then again is not all the members of the family kinda forced into it? I think the one who is more free is Kim because he keeps his distance but at the same time I think he is the most suuitable one for the position ofthe boss. Kinn does not really like being the boss, he does it out of obligation and the expectations of his father, which is why I want him to live a normal life with Porsche. On the other hand, Vegas seems to like his job, or at least he seems to take it more seriously than others, which is why I can not see him being out of the picture. He was born into the minor family, he was raised into it, he worked hard for the family to get approval, he deserves to be in charge of it. It is unfair to me how he lost his position when he worked so hard for it.
But it is very possible that in the end there might not be minor and main family. Porsche and Vegas might join forces like they did in the book, to take down korn and there will be some adjustments I think once Korn is out of the picture.

I see where you come from but it is not really that the two families were getting along. Both Korn and Kan were after each other but Korn was more sublte about it, he pulls tje string behind the scenes without making obvious his involvement. He is greedy for power and he wanted Kan out the way the same way Kan wanted Korn dead. It is not a matter of betrayal but more of a matter that you should not trust anyone in this kind of world.
I still believe that Vegas is the rightfull heir to the minor family, he spent his enitre life on trying to win the approval of his father and knows the job pretty well. If Porsche is the true heir as some thoeris suggestt hen he should be in charge of the main family and the position of the head of the minor family should be given to Vegas.

Yes, Pete did not enjoy the tortur or the pain, he saw his tender and vulnerable side which game him a better understandinng of him and that's how he started developing feelings.
